The Hilton is nicely located in Midtown Atlanta. The accommodations are fine, but the room was not cleaned on Saturday or Sunday. Late yesterday evening we complained and we were serviced . We did not leave a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door or indicate that we didn’t want cleaning service! In a first rate hotel we expect better than the service we received. The staff was friendly and accommodating,I will say.

The check in could be faster and the elevators are slow. There are 8 and somehow it’s not enough. The hotel is obviously pretty old, BUT it has been renovated which is nice. The parking garage is claustrophobic. The height is only 6’ for vehicles and tight turns. Leave the big SUVs at home.

Everything was great with the exception of two things. One, the air did not get as cool as I would like. Good thing it wasn’t hot outside. Second, it took forever to get an elevator as they were always full. There were routinely lines bleeding into the lobby of people waiting to go up, and coming down from your room you would have to go up to get a spot in the elevator and coming back down you’ll be stopping on every floor.

Stayed at Hilton Atlanta to go to a concert at Mercedes Benz stadium. The hotel is very nice with four restaurants. Lots of space and a lot of places to walk to. Room was clean and lived the Coffemate coffee creamer in the room!

Booked a king bed confirmed it and checked in online but when I got to hotel they moved my room and was then in a room with no king bed!! The elevators are the worst I have seen, have to wait forever to get on one

I checked in on April 26 for two nights. I went out to a business convention on the 27th and didn’t get back to the hotel until 11 PM on the second night to find out, I cannot access my room. My key did not work. I reported it to the desk. They made a mistake somehow and neither their key or mine would work. I sat out in the hallway for almost 2 hours and the only thing they could offer me a drink ticket to the bar in the lobby. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable and nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

They staff was rude. I checked in with my Hilton honors app and the desk clerk kept trying to tell me I could. Have the room I chose on the app and he was picking it for me. Them I got glass in my foot in my room, when I tried to tell the desk clerk he completely cut me off and didn’t want to hear it.

Overall the hotel was nice. It is a ways away from dining but the rooms are spacious & clean. Would stay there again.
