This is the first hotel/motel I stayed in my entire life with such a terrible experience, and I can surely say that you can do way better at Days Inn or Red Roof Inn. I have stayed in so many hotels and motels with business and personal travels yet the experience here was by far the worst in any hotel/motel establishment. Two main issues: Customer service (Front Desk Staff) is not something this place even understands. And room prep is something they do not care. Here it goes: I check in and happen to give the wrong card and I said can we cancel and use another card - and the front deck Christine says no. and signs my signature with her finger on the card reader and hits yes. I should report to you guys about this. I did not have a chance to hit cancel because of this. and she says this is just to hold incidentals, I said it does not matter because I gave you my Corp card on my personal trip. She did not give crap. Next, I come to my room, it smells like marijuana or cigarettes similar to that I smelled before. I asked for another room. Another short girl at the front desk says we are all sold out - then a "manager - JoJo" took me to another room and changed it for us. Obviously, you now have two people at the front desk who are careless about customer service. So, my room was changed. I had to go out and come back and realized that there was no shampoo or soap. I asked for it at 8:40pm. I call back after 20 mins; Christine answers and says there is no one here so she cann

What was not to love! Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing! Complimentary drinks was unexpected. Only bad thing was the traffic because the President was in town! 10 out of 10, will be staying again real soon!

I had the worst experience I could have. I Never expected this to happen at a Hilton Place. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am, due to a delay with the Flight, and when we got to the reception, the girl at the reception told us that the computer was down and she only would be able to check us in after 4:00am, and barely looked at my face. I told her that we were going to a wedding ceremony at 10:00am and need some rest and she said there was nothing she could do to help. We sat at the sofa at reception area and I was trying unsuccessfully do the self check in on the cell phone, when another family of 4 people came to the reception and they found they reservation and called the security person to take them to their room. So I approached the reception again and asked why they could find their reservation but could not find mine. Finally, after that they was able to find my reservation and take me to my room. The next day we went to the wedding, did not even had breakfast at the hotel, and after the wedding, we came back to the hotel, , checked out and checked in at another hotel nearby.

Everything was perfect, from Valet and Check In. Check n was quick and everyone had a smile on their faces. I'm a Hilton honors member so I got free water and a candy bar. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We love the happy hour with free drinks and the free breakfast was great! We'll return soon.

Staff was nice. The only thing was I had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. Staff would come and make up bed and empty trash, that’s all, did not do anything else. They did not replace towels or toiletries. I was there 7 nights. Not sure what that was about.

Overall, this hotel is lovely. It’s in the safest area of Atlanta, it’s beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The issues: 1. They only give you a few degree range of temperature control within your room. Couldn’t turn it below 68. 2. Water temp was either scalding or icicles, no middle ground. 3. Here’s where I got mad. One of the female breakfast attendants walked over when I was grabbing a cheese danish, looked me up and down (I am a larger woman) and whispered in my ear “You only get ONE and not more. I’m watching. ONE.” Are you kidding me??? Did I seriously just get treated that way by someone? I was appalled. 4. Finally, the worst offense. THE PARKING GARAGE HAS LEAKY PIPES THAT ARE LEAKING RAW SEWAGE INTO THE GARAGE WHERE CUSTOMERS PARK!!!!! It stinks, there’s literal slimy tan feces on the ground and they’re not even warning customers or taking efforts to try and keep it cleaned so it smells and looks better. This is how serious disease is spread folks!! And when I texted the manager explaining I was upset, I was basically told “yeah it’s an ongoing issue. A plumber is working at it”. Ummmm, no. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund but we will see if they even agree to that. The parking is insanely expensive so they are criminal for charging that price and making people walk thru literal crap to get to our cars. Our rental stank like a sewer when we dropped it off.

In general the stay was not bad, except for broken laundry and phone. For so many rooms, there was only one washing machine that was broken. The engineer who looked at it was not any helpful and we were left with unwashed clothes. The room service was inconsistent too. We were left with going down at the reception to collect towels, soaps, coffee pods, etc.
