The staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating however the quality and state of the room was less than desirable. The cover to the hvac unit fell off the wall and scared the daylight out myself and my spouse. It was about 0230 in the morso you can imagine the shock and surprise that we encountered. Other than the wall falling down our visit was good.

Room was nice and clean. Dinner was disappointing in terms of what you got for the money and the number of times it came out wrong or missing something. Breakfast was meh. An omelet station would've been nice. Bed comfort was absolutely wonderful!

This hotel has been around for awhile.. has some age spots, but it is convenient to where we needed it to Be.. seems like the parking garage is used for pot smoking, but to each his own!!

The hotel was nice. The only things that were off-putting for me were the $90 per night incidental fee that wasn't mentioned until check in. Also, for self parking it was $20 a day which was kind of crazy to me due to it not even being adequate enough parking for the amount of guests they were accommodating. All in all, I give my stay a 7/10.

This is my fave hotel to stay in Atlanta when I visit. I didnt however like the fact that when I checked into my room the key didnt initially work, so i head back down to the lobby and the hotel manager is asking me for my ID when she had just asked me initially to step to the other desk to be helped by one of her staff. I didnt appreciate being treated as a stranger. Also, why couldnt they send someone to give me a new key rather than the inconvenience of me having to go back down 9 floors.

Great service and staff! I would recommend staying here. The reason I left off 1 star was due to entertainment. The bars closed early and our TV did not work. I was unable to view any channels and stream when that was listed in the amenities. I will say they were very accommodating to our request for a late checkout. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

Check in not very welcoming and cold. $90 deposit, need a key to get everywhere in the hotel even in the gym. Too much! People there are too nosey asking what you in town for. If l am in town and l am paying to stay there is none of your business!!!!! This hotel atmosphere is wrong. l did not feel comfortable or welcoming. Too expensive! Not worthy the money there are better options in the area. l do not recommend! Stay way of this hotel!!!
