The room was clean and stocked. I had to get clean linen and change it. The room was fair the microwave plate did not move, the iron needed to be cleaned rug had burns in it

Rooms were in really good shape and clean. But hallways really smelt like drugs when I arrived around 10 pm. The smell didn't bother me once I was in my room and was gone following morning when I left.

Not enough wash clothes for the number of adults. When asked for extra, they said I’m sorry we don’t have any. A big party had just arrived and took them all. Need more than one trash can. Need one in the bathroom and bedroom

The entire places smelled like weed.shower dropped all night, TV did not work. Will never stay there again

The comforter was nasty dirty, another customer complained of smelling like smoke and pubic hair on the comforter also I waited 25 mins for the shuttle because the front desk guy gave me the wrong time for the shuttle. Terrible experience wouldn't recommend to anyone there was a lot of noise until 3am.

the day we arrive bath room was clean we shower that night an the morning an left when we got back bed was made but the tum was filthy it was not clean you could see the grease . we did not say anything because we were leaving the next day

We normally book with Comfort Inn as a total value package that includes service, cleanliness, friendly staff, and amenities.
For some reason that wasn't made clear talking to staff their airport shuttle was not available to guests for our two night, three day stay. Nothing was communicated prior to arrival leaving us to pursue our own travel to the Inn after waiting for an hour at the airport for a shuttle that wasn't coming. Staff was god enough to call us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.
The additional cost and hassle associated with this stay will definitely factor into future consideration of booking Comfort Inn

The beds smell like piss, actually they were pissed in and not cleaned, the people next room over were up past midnight blasting fowl music. It we would have got there so late we would have left to another hotel. Probably the worst experience ever with a hotel near the airport.

My experience was horrible, they had promised to pick me up at the airport, I called and they didn't answer, I waited there for 2 hours, when I arrived there was no electricity, I had to sleep in the heat, the sheets were dirty, everything smelled bad, I had to bathe with the water frozen

The woman on duty that night we revived was great. I made the reservation for the wrong date and she was able to have rooms for us.
You need to change your message from Hampton Inn and have someone acknowledge your calls.
We had to take a taxi as we never saw the airport shuttle …never was informed it ran every half hour, etc.
It would have been nice if the shuttle driver in am….who was VERY nice and helpful didn’t have on a radio station noting his politics and slamming “ignorant white folks”

Property was good for the price. Outer appearance was excellent. Lobby was very clean. Elevators were very used. The TV was on in our room. The attendant said the room was clean but was missing the top sheet. Pillows were stacked on the table. One pillow had no case. Staff and all were very cordial and professional.
