This facility appeared rundown. My room 309 certainly was. It may be in the beginning stages of being upgraded a bit, but my room had recently "patched" walls, but not yet painted, missing rails & Kleenex box (leaving a hole in the in the bathroom wall.) On this particular weekend, there were only a few guests, but presumably a lot of rooms available. So if we were given one of the rooms, I can't imagine what some of the other rooms looked like. Otherwise the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, TV worked, etc. A lot of left over trash in the hallways (litter, etc.) and large amount of trash piled up in the elevator lobby on my third floor. It stayed there all day (check-in at 4:00 through my return to the room at midnight.) The plie of trash was missing/gone by checkout in the morning. Staff was friendly, but the building and my room was very disappointing.

They have roaches and bed bugs. Hotel smells lie urine all through the halls and and elevators. the rooms are horrible and dirty. Roach infestation and crackheads all over.

The shower shelving areas were exposed as well rusty sharp metal exposed and sticking out the couch and chair need cleaning. No table and remote missing backs so to use had to hold batteries in. The towels are extremely cheap or to old because when used you spend more time getting the towel particles off after use. For the area this is really a poor representation

The AC in the main part of the building was either turned off or broken. There was a random shopping cart in the middle of the empty lobby. It took 5 minutes of standing at the front desk before anyone came to check us in. The shower faucet loudly leaked the whole time. The shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't close while showering. There was mold in the bathroom to the point you could smell it. The door to the room barely closed and there was not a latch on the door so it did not feel secure. One of the two beds in the room was broken so it sagged all night. The room AC unit rattled and took awhile to turn on. The dry wall was pealing in the room. It felt overall dirty and unsafe. It should have been a $20 room instead of what we paid for. We stuck it out and quickly left in the morning.

The rooms were not what you pay for. The rooms were dirty. Stuff was broken and felt like staff didnt care. Room cleaners had their kids with them running around and screaming. They even said if you dont stay in the room for More than 15 mins no charge because they dont have to charge a room cleaning fee. There is alot that can be done in less then 15 mins in a room. In all the rooms still were dirty not cleaned properly. Your feet even stuck to the floors from the cleaning supplies not being cleaned up properly.

It is an unsafe environment. Drugs are being dealt there. There are prostitutes hanging around the property. When you walk through the halls, all you smell is smoke. The one and only night I stayed there, cops were being called to the property because of domestic violence was happening. There was homeless people walking around. I feared for the safety of myself and my family. The employees were not friendly at all.

The common areas could use some updates, but the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and you have a fridge and microwave which you don't usually get for the price. It was walking distance from where we were visiting and that was a plus.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but it was so bad that I had to tell others: do NOT stay here. Service did not care about you, the room looked ancient and dirty, the noise was super loud, and worst of all, the doors connecting rooms were missing knobs, exposing the hole where a knob was supposed to be, so basically the other room would be able to see and hear you . They also gave Expedia a hard time when they tried to get me a refund, agreeing to give me a partial refund but then the next week denying it happened.

After checking in, I walked up to my room to find not a single chair in the room. Nor a towel. Nor a a blanket, only a sheet. Several beetles crawling around at different points. Would never stay here again unless there was no other option.

I dont lnow if the owners just got the building and were in the process of fixing it up but it was awful...the light on the 2lamps in the room were old worn out dim n falling apart..i cud not use the bath..it was literally falling apart and seemed 2b a hazard..i was never able 2watch tv..4the 'repair' person never came..i had 2get my door re-keyed every nite b4 entering my room..and the beds were beyond old n worn out with the thinnest sheets on earth..n dont expect privacy for the bathroom...the handle was broken n it didnt close n the pite switch was outside the bathroom..it was better than its cousin hotel on delk road (with the same name) which was a habitat for drugs and bugs..it shud b condemed I dont like doing these kind of reviews but i was in total disbelief that these places exist..the pics displayed were fake..take caution on where u stay please! Learn from my mistake!

It was meh
The price for the room amazing but the hotel it’s self claimed to be smoke free it WAS NOT it reeked so bad of cigarettes in the whole building. It had a deep tub and a nice walk in shower but the keys didn’t work in the tub. The shower was fine the toilet was very wobbly and the bathroom it’s self very small. The room is large and has a pull out couch but it was so disgusting and stained we didn’t even want my kid to sleep on it. Doesn’t look like they clean to well if some things was replaced and a deep clean was done it wouldn’t be bad.

Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. No shades on the lamps. No back on the remote and we had to unplug the TV to get it turned off. No phone in the room. The whole place is tagged and one room had music blasting Abbe the door slamming all night. Even if it was quiet the bed and pillows where so lumpy we wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

i waited for an hour at the front desk and no one showed up to check me and my friends in. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else before they called us and told us to come back. we had already paid so we did. the place reeked of mold and cigarettes
