The property have roaches. It was dirty and nasty on the outside. Half nasty inside. Paid for king size w sofa. Got two full size that were broken and hurt to sleep on. Worst experience ever. Still waiting on refund for some days due to roaches.

Room was filthy. Booked a king bed. Was given 2 fulls. My husband and I can't even sleep together tonight. Cigarette butt on the floor under the bed. Dirty qtip on the floor in the bathroom. Broken door and shelf in the closet. Pubes on the towels. Giant hole in the bathroom wall where the water valves are. Disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND. never staying here again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND WORST HOTEL. This hotel was supposed to have 2 queen beds in the room but instead it was 2 full beds. Multiple places were missing pieces of the flooring and the subfloor was showing underneath. The bedsheets had specks of dirt on them. The shower had a square cutout near the handle of the faucet. The floors were filthy and left our feet dirty from walking on them. It smelled of marijuana and there were multiple roaches inside of the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Did not bother asking for a refund because I have seen so many reviews saying they don't refund and are rude.

It was absolutely horrible rooms are disgusting this front desk is absolutely rude and atrocious. A bunch of crackhead and meth heads, within being here 24 hours we watched a man get almost thrown over the balcony, we were offered drugs. The front desk woman who's there in the morning is extremely rude and doesn't know laws when it comes with service dogs my bathroom had black mold and some orange thing growing in it and when we showed the front desk they told us to let him know the next morning they would move us and instead they try to throw us out. It offers breakfast but all they have for breakfast is two kinds of cereal powdered milk one type of juice and then toast and the butter for the toast is in a big tub so everyone has to share the same butter they don't even offer the little butter pads. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone do you want a cheap hotel go to the Days Inn do not come here

Absolutely filthy. Our room smelled like smoke, our sheets had stains all over, holes and even cigarette burns. Filth all around the property. We slept with our coats on. Disgusting. Hopefully we didn’t bring bed bug home with us.

It was nasty, there were strange people around, SECURITY was not doing their job! It was just an unsafe environment and I was not about to stay there with my 8 year old daughter!

Elevator was very dirty in smelly, no one at the service desk at check out, we found a roach in the bathroom, soap in the bathroom was so small, sheet on bed was dirty with stain. Was just horrible!

After we spent 45 min looking for this property - because it still had the old signage (The Baymont). The man at the desk told me that there were no more rooms available even though I had a paid Reversation. After some upset discussion on my part, he found a room. As we walked down the hall looking for our room number which was a Magic Marker on the wall. I walked into the bathroom and there was a bug in the tub. The sink didn't drain. The bed was soft. The floor was sticky. There was no ice machine. The whole place looked as if all the previous items ( toilet paper holder, towel holder, lock on front door) had been ripped out. We would have moved but we checked with 4 other hotels in the area and they were full. This was truly the worst hotel/motel we have ever been in.

It definitely smelled clean on arrival, the room was decent for the price. But breakfast took the cake!! They literally layed out a loaf of bread and a tub of country crock butter!!! I was beyond disappointed!! Now I have to go order my own breakfast.

You booked me a room at Budget Inn, yet the sign and all the badging says Baymont. Very difficult to find among all the other hotels here. I was here approximately ten minutes before someone attempted to sell me drugs. Dirty, ugly and situated among what appears to be Skid Row. Even though I just needed a place to sleep on my way to Florida, I would have appreciated it if you could have mentioned these facts in your listing.

The room was in poor shape. There was duct tape around the bottom of the entrance door. The smoke detector was missing from the room and bare wires were hanging out of the wall. The area also made me feel uncomfortable.

Awful… !!!!!
I have no idea how this property was rated a 6.6! Received our keys and headed to our room. The elevator smelled like it was hiding a dead body, got to our room and the gentleman next door was doing drugs on the balcony. We opened the door and roaches scattered and spiders were all over the walls. The table was dirty and the room. Smelled musty. Went back to the front desk and requested a refund. The clerk issued the refund, no questions asked. Don’t stay here!

Hotel.com should do better vetting
Read the reviews, the 6.8 (good) rating is impossible. It was absolutely as bad as most of the reviews said. I really can't believe Hotels.com even keeps this property as an offering on their site. The young girl at the front desk was nice. That's the extent of anything positive. Dirty/dusty rooms, broken fixtures, dangerous surroundings. We did witness shouting matches and drug deals in the parking lot. We had a quick turn around, late night arrival early departure, due to buisness engagements, only needed a room for 7 hours, thought we would take a chance, we shouldn't have. My mistake for bot reading the reviews before we booked.

Not recommended if you want a nice room
The place is located in a rather seedy area. The rooms need a major reno. For example, our bathroom door had no inside handle and would not close. There was a plate screwed to cover the hole where the handle would have been (see pic). The walls needed painting. The TV worked but was very small. There was no remote and had to go to the office to get one. There was a coffee maker but not usable. The two beds were not all that comfortable. The shower and toilet did work well. The water was hot but no plug in the drain for a bath. The mirror was a nice modern mirror and the car was still there in the morning. Dutchjohn

this was one of the nastiest places I have ever had to stay. they have wayyyyy to many roaches. nasty ghetto rude neighbors its literally the hood. this place is so nasty you need a std check after sitting on the toilet' got ready to check out at 7:30 no one came until 8 horrible
