Our stay was great! I wish there had been a microwave in room. Upon arrival, the light switch in bathroom was not clean as it had something brown on it, otherwise room was very clean. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Atlanta.

I loved the elevator scenery and the fact that it looks like im about to drop in water. What i dont like even tho its in the description is the vallet fee i feel that is too high for a hotel that i dont feel is 5 star and there is not much to do in the hotel yes it is atlanta but i am a person that travels ALOT and that is the first i paid a vallet fee so high or the ridiculous w5 dollars for a parki g lot that suppose to be free. The hotel needs ro co sider that people deove there and need parking

Massively inconvenient elevator outages during the entire weekend lead to us spending large amounts of time riding in or waiting on elevators that were over crowded. Didn’t have a working fridge the entire stay. Hot water went out the second night. Place is very dated and in need of major renovation.

Internet was spotty and the tv showed a dark picture. This area had a lot of homeless individuals outside the property. On the bright side, they had a lot of food places in the area and the staff was nice.

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Great central location to several attractions. Mostly problems that I assume are in the midst of being resolved. My biggest complaint is that the majority of elevators were out of service with extended waits up and down. While the television wasn't used much it was mostly unusable as signal would cut out periodically. The parking situation also isn't great though there are somewhat nearby parking garages that worked out.

Upon my arrival checking in my room was dirty! Called the service desk and was told that they don’t know how long or when someone could get there to clean it. They offered another room but I wanted exactly what I booked for was 1bedroom and they tried to get me a two bedroom. I returned back to lobby and talked with the manager and she sent someone to clean the room and offered to put a $50 credit on my room. Got ready to check out and the destinated area to park was locked and no access to the cross walk area with my luggage. Got ready to check out and the credit wasn’t even accommodated as the manager had stated. Good thing i took photos.

After booking months in advance and prepaying through Expedia, they did not save us the double bed room that we paid for. The front desk told us it "was a free upgrade to a king bed and a roll away". Firstly, it was NOT an upgrade for the person in our room that had to sleep on the rollaway bed. Also we checked in around 11pm and had to wait over TWO HOURS for the rollaway bed, calling twice during that time to remind them that we were waiting for a bed to sleep after a day of travel. NOT ACCEPTABLE for what we paid. I am totally diagusted by the disregard for what we booked vs. what we were forced to tolerate. We also had tickets for area attractions in the morning and suffered from lack of sleep due to the situation with not having enough beds for our family to sleep in until well after 1 am. Honestly I believe the cost of our room should be refunded since they did not provide reasonable sleeping accommodations in a timely manner.

Overall this hotel is really good to stay. I stayed with my family included 2 kids. The hub is connected from tower 1 which has dine in options. And very safe to walk at any time of day. When we visited there were lots of conferences and meetings which affected elevator waiting time like almost waiting for 20-30 mins that was only complain. Rest was all good.

One of few options in the downtown area for room with 2x beds. Amazing that only doubles are available. Very average rooms but they were clean. Overpriced, as everything is downtown. The hotel amenities were nice and facility clean. Valet parking only is ridiculous. Downtown is just an expensive inner city cesspool. Not fun, but at least the Marriott Marquis makes it tolerable.

The hotel staff was amazing. I asked for a room with a view on a high floor and they gave me a room with the most amazing skyline view which had a view of Emory hospital in Midtown Atlanta where my kids were born! I was very happy with the hotel.

The property is located in the hotel district and is slightly worn. Staff hospitality was random and the room deposits were ridiculous. I am a Marriot Bonvoy customer and I had to struggle to get Free WIFI.
