Old and run down. Near UGA, which was the reason we booked. We had a suite; the couch was so disgusting that we could not even sit on it. The bed was nice and comfortable. However, only 3 pillows for a king bed and thin blankets.

Dirty, disgusting, moldy in bathrooms! Yes, moldy in two bathrooms, after checking in the first room we saw had mold in bathtub. Looked at another room same thing in the next room. We left immediately to another hotel. They would not give us a refund! The whole hotel smell like old and mildew. DONOT stay here! Your warning to you!!!

Hotel served its purpose As a place to stay leading up to a wedding. Room had a musty smell to it, but seemed to be clean. Shades in bedroom windows were white with no dark shade so you couldn’t get room dark for sleeping.

The property was good. Staff person Stefan was kind and understanding however I paid for a room that I did not occupy and I wish there would have been an exception made based on the circumstances and my safety.

The price wasn't bad and it was easy to find. I liked that there was a liquor store basically on premises, even though we didn't need it. The room was adequately clean and a comfortable temperature, though it did smell a little weird. Little things: Pretty sure they are reusing the mini bottles of shampoo, etc. Mine was half empty. The pillows are BIZARRE. Where did they even find these lumpy square shaped pillows? Bring your own pillow. It's great that there is a pool, but the entire lobby smells like chlorine and the floor in the elevator was always wet. The ice machine was gross. Visible black flecks in the ice. We had an issue with our key when we were trying to quickly get into our room while the Lyft driver was waiting. Ran up and down three times and it still didn't work. Not the front desk guy's fault, but it was stressful because we were late, and I had to give the driver a big tip for waiting so long. Anyway, it was not great. I'm not picky about hotels, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel did not look anything like the picture. The room had a terrible smell and strands of hair was on the chair. i felt unsafe because unsavory characters were hanging around the parking lot. There were also crumbs on the floor

Appeared to be in disrepair….. not clean. Noisy in the parking lot at night. No sheets for the sofa bed….either on the bed or in the closet. Had to go to front desk and ask for them. Limited breakfast…no milk to drink or decaf coffee. very expensive…$250/night would have expected about $89/night given the location and the condition of the property.

Stefan the night lead was such a gem and made a really bad day so much better and easier for us. I hope he continues to prosper and grow in this workplace if he so desires! He is very tactful and polite while also sticking to boundaries and comes up with solutions before giving up. A true gentleman! This is a great place to just relax for a night or two

Properly looked ok, but the room had a ceiling that showed signs of a previous leak that was not repaired sufficiently; it looked like it would fall in again. The room also smelt moldy. It was clean and a good size room.

Overall the property was clean, reasonable priced and the staff was pleasant. The room, however. Smelled of cigarette smoke...and not just a hint....the air was saturated with smoke. The house staff HAD to have smelled it, when mentioned to front desk staff...clueless...I wanted to make sure they didnt charge ME for it. Other that....

The service and workers were very nice and accommodating. The room smelled and the toilet was broken. The room also had bugs. I was moved to another room. This room smelled and had bugs. The pillows on the sleeper couch were filthy. There is a hole in the ceiling in the shower. This was the worst experience I have ever had with lodging.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but needs updating. The only thing I disliked was the shower. The water didn't run out the tub fast enough so it felt like I was taking a bath and shower at the same time.

For what I paid the stay was not good!
The room I stayed in had a bad smell. The heating unit was blowing a bad smell like the filter was dirty. The next morning I went to get coffee because I was told it was open at 6 am I showed up at 6:20am and the front desk man said it didn’t open until 6:30. He wouldn’t turn on the lights just to let me get coffee. I was going to get breakfast later. I was not good with that! Because of the smell in the room and doors slamming at 1 and 2 in the morning I wasn’t able to sleep. I looked outside a few times and saw people hanging out. I will not ever stay there again!

When we pulled up there were a lot of homeless people on the corners. At night a lot of cars with bass turned up too loud. The breakfast was great. Need to dust the rooms more often.

Room/Bed was good. Housekeeping good, towels and coffee in the room good. Breakfast was convenient and good. Hot tub was not functional for our entire 4 day stay. Overall, decent accommodation for the price point.
