That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "

"PROS: - great location, walking distance to some famous places of interest; - beautiful and big room - delicious breakfasts with lots of options - polite, helpful, and friendly personnel - swimming pool is large and warm - and overall just a very nice hotel CONS: - rug in a room was not very clean, could see some dirty spots on it; - room can be very very cold in winter, so have to keep a heater on all the time which can lead to a dry air; - frequent smells of food coming from the hotel...

"on a plus side the staff is mostly friendly. What I don't like is how dirty this place is. Stains are on every piece of furniture. Dirty rugs. Sheets and bath towels are ok, they just smell weird. Four star rating for this place is obviously a joke."
