Property in very good condition. Check in staff excellent. Only knock, was our room window faced the side on the building. A strange window location.

We have stayed at this property about 3 times before as we love the restaurant behind it. This time, however, will be our last. The hotel was gross. The shower had pink fungus growing on it. The curtains would not close so at 5:30 am we had a fully bright room with a 4month old baby. We called the night we checked in and let them know of these concerns and they said they had no rooms and they could do a partial refund. The next day the manager said they offered you an additional room last night ( untrue, the front desk said they had no rooms to move me into, as this is what I was actually asking for) and she offered to give me a $30 lol. That actually made me laugh. See the pictures and judge for yourself. We will never be staying here again.

We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we are sorry we did not hit that mark for you. Haven taken your concerns seriously, we inspected the bathroom and while there are markings in the roll in shower, there was no mold detected. Our inspection did indicate that the blinds were a little tough to maneuver and we have worked on a fix. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort this brought you.  Again, thank you for sharing your comments and safe travels in the future.

Great for a large family. We had two adults and four children one room comfortably with all of our luggage. The pool was cold but the children jumped in anyway. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of options.

Room was nice, good value and convenient off the hwy. staff upon arrival was a bit rude, certainly not welcoming. Morning staff was great however.

We stayed one night on our way to California and absolutely loved it. I stay at a lot of hotels on my work travels, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland was cleaner than most large hotels I stay at. The free breakfast was great - cheese omelettes, sausage, bacon, pancakes, hot and cold cereal, bagels, breads and muffins, coffee, juice, etc. And bottles of water are complimentary. We will definitely stay there again!

Modern clean property, easy access to the freeway. We were traveling with our dog and had a great meal on the patio of the brewery a few doors up. Great stay!

The doors were so loud because they stuck. Just need some up dates to the doors. I had a dog so I got put in the “dog rooms” I think we got the older shabbier rooms.
