Booked our stay at this hotel for our first visit to Asheville, NC. The staff was very welcoming upon check in & even asked what our plans were for our weekend stay in Asheville. When we mentioned that we planned to visit the Biltmore estate we were provided a discount code & saved money! Parking is easy & quick, breakfast is included with a variety of light foods to get you started. Our room was clean upon arrival & we had no issues all 3 nights. I would recommend that you stay here 8/10✨

The hotel is on an island between two highways. It sounds like the Indy 500 in there--24/7. It was hard to sleep. In addition, staff who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. Also, we had to pay $12.00 to park at the hotel. We weren't informed of the fee in advance.

Far enough from downtown which avoided all of the foot traffic and transients. Relatively quiet except for emergency and large vehicles. Corridors kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very mediocre, at least if you wanted anything hot. Cold options and coffee machine were great.

I loved my room very big room and all the facilitiesit had also i loved the room has its own drinking filter water too. The staff was very nice and help full

I love everything about the hotel, the views are beautiful and there are places to eat that are walkable too. The only issue I had was that any time after 8pm there’s no parking spaces available and I’d have to wait for someone to hopefully leave to park my car.

Surprisingly excellent value. Loved the bright and airy, tastefully modern design. Complementary cocktail hour, with food and drinks was a pleasant, welcome surprise. Kudos to new manager who came around to check on us. Nice pool, free breakfast and parking right there. Smart people to include all. Room location, bedding, perfect bathroom. Ultra clean. Warm and helpful staff. Truly an ideal hotel. But it might have been a unicorn as we read reviews of other Element hotels in the southeast U.S. cities, which were not so positive. This one’s a winner!

I enjoyed the front desk staff and breakfast staff. But the maid staff kept on knocking in my door asking when i was checking out. I feel like that info should've been communicated to the maid staff so they could stop interrupting my peace. I felt safe in this hotel and i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere

Great hotel / location
This is our “go to” hotel with best western view of downtown. We have stayed here many times (while we are building a house nearby). It’s a short beautiful walk to downtown and quiet area at night.

We love this hotel! Clean and eco friendly! Walkable and quiet. Espresso machine was down and in room coffee is not good but we travel with our own coffee maker.

Best hotel experience ever. Beautiful property. Room was wonderful. The breakfast had healthy fresh options with great coffee. Other hotels serve junk at breakfast and we skip it. Also wine/beer appetizers in the evening. But the main thing is the front desk people and the rooms.

Very nice modern hotel with plenty of easy (free) parking either in their lot or enclosed garage. Beds were comfortable & breakfast was quite good. If there was a negative it was the location is sandwiched between a freeway and a busy street so you can hear some traffic at night

We stayed at Element to go to Biltmore Estate. The hotel was just a short drive from there, 10 minutes. It was very clean and nicely furnished. There were only two things we were a little disappointed in. There are no fans in the bathrooms and the breakfast was not good. All of the food was cold and flavorless. We had to go somewhere else and get breakfast before our tour of Biltmore. We would stay there again if we go back to the area.
