Room was beautiful, staff was great. Everything was clean and well cared for. We wish the check in process was more efficient. Long wait in line, then another long wait to get the room key at check in time.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Karissa checked us in and was so kind and helpful with information about the resort. Marketplace store staff also very friendly. Overall, hospitality is above and beyond.

Great staff welcoming Room was just like the picture Nothing bad to say Always cleaning Taxi always there to take you where ever you need to go was reasonable in cost. Definitely go on so excursions some site seeing great to see Aruba Bring a float and lots of sunscreen Went walking to other dining areas -walk was safe and easy to get to the shops. ❤️ Laundry free to use in case you need which was great as well. Love Noemi she was amazing at the restaurant on premises captain gallery Will be back with the family❤️

Excellent service but do not book over the phone
Highly recommend staying here but DO NOT book through the hotel directly. Use a 3rd party like hotels.com or other. When you call the hotel to book they add on a ton of fees so your final price is actually about 30-40% more than what they originally quote you and then they pressure you into paying "right away before someone else books". I did some research and it turns out they outsource the phones to a 3rd party and they pass on their fees to the customer on top of all the other regular resort fees, taxes, etc. Again, this is a great property to book just be careful where you book. Because of the phone experience I gave it a 3 star but the resort itself and staff are all 5+ stars.

The buildings and property are so large that you are more of a number then a guest. Our hotel room felt miles away from everything and the staff seemed to be over their jobs. Not helpful or nice honestly. The room felt cheap and everything seemed over priced for what was offered. Wouldn’t recommend

Construction in room below our room for 3 days. Very loud. One morning they started at 7AM. Very loud, spring break type music at the lazy river. Most people there were middle age. Overheard lot of complaining. Check in took about an hour. Looked like everyone was in training, understandable during COVID. But maybe do it during off peak times.

Very family friendly and the location was within easy walking distance to any activity you may want to do. The check in process was challenging since there appeared to be a slow turnover rate from one guest to another and we lost at least 3 hours past check in time which was frustrating.
