"Really lovely hotel to stay in, staff were great - always helpful. Comfortable bedroom with view of the lake from the balcony and the view from the Skybar was spectacular. Lovely dinner options in the main restaurant too."

"I received a very warm welcome for check-in with every question answered in perfect English. I wanted to have dinner but the restaurant lights were ridiculously bright, which is strange for Italy. I chose to dine in the bar and the barman Maurizio was absolutely adorable, attentive and professional. While I was enjoying my dinner , a senior manager happened in and I discussed the lighting with him. He was personally engaged with redesigning the hotel and we enjoyed a lively conversation about the importance of lighting, which was a current project under his guidance. He explained the improvements planned in the next weeks. I complimented him on the exquisite sofas and chairs. Overall, a lovely first experience that I will likely repeat. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"
