Excellent value for money. Loved the free continental breakfast and the roomy room which included large bed, 2 seater sofa and a 2 seat table.

From stains on the carpet that were huge to wall power points that were not secured properly and pulled loose as removing chargers the property needs some updating. Every morning I was woken by alarms in the neighbouring rooms and of an evening you could hear your neighbours talking and yes I could hear what they were saying. Some proper sound insulation would be an improvement. From chipped architraves to holes in the bathroom walls let's just say this will be the last time I stay here unless improvments occure.

We are not aware of any loos power points.We can't prevent guests from setting alarmds and talking loudly. If this was such a big issue for you you shoul[d have raised this with us during your stay so we could have rectified this issue rather than slamming our business after the fact.We hope that you willfind other accommodation at the same proice poin that meets your high expectations

Room was okay but noise from next door woke me through out the night. No plates or cutlery in room, despite microwave and fridge.

Hi Helen,Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that your inconsiderate neighbour woke you up!We don't provide cutlery and plates by default as this would need to be passed on as extra cost.Both concerns could have however easily been resolved by giving us a call!

The property is great for a stayover. The staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are relatively adequate and clean. The provided breakfast was also overall easy and convieient, and I was overall happy with my stay. The highlight would definitely be the opportunity to be able to feed the deer stored on the property twice a day, quite a memorable experience. The overall cost was exceptional for the services provided. I would stay again if in Armidale, thank you to the staff!!

We had a good night's sleep at this motor inn. The only issue I had was that they had no plates, bowls, or cutlery in the room which I believe would have made our room much better. The great thing about the motor inn is that it allowed us to have our two doggies with us.

Hi Brian, Thank you for the review.We are pleased to hear that you had a comfortable sleep here, however, we are not a self cater motel and as I am sure you can understand that there is only so many items we can place in a room before we would need to increase the prices to cover costs of such additions. Our pet friendly rooms are very popular and many of our pet travellers come well prepared with their own supplies. We are usually more than happy to loan items on request.

Excellent hotel room. Pre-arranged check-in which was convenient. Being a pet friendly room, it was very clean and spacious. Deer yard was a bonus.

It was a good stay there and complimentry breakfast was good too. The major problem of room here is noice insulation. Voice get heard on another rooom even if we chat on very low voice. People near to us complain when we are just chatting each other between 4 people.

We enjoyed the deer feeding experience, room for 5 lovely and spacious. Clean, bathroom well maintained and lovely hot shower with great shower head well received. Kids enjoyed a swim in the pool in July. The included continental breakfast was lovely too. Would stay again
