"Not going to lie. no bells and whistles at this hotel. It is a place to sleep. Rooms are nice, no microwave, just frigs. This is a perfect hotel for the metro ( 1 block) up the side path. Breakfast is a bust ... bring stuff is eat and enjoy the OJ and coffee. Free
Staff is vey friendly and helpful, check in was quick and painless.

"Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. I will never consider staying here again, especially at the exorbitant rates you charge. Strong points: staff courteous and helpful 5 stars : airport service excellent 5 stars.Restaurant staff also…5 stars."
