The television wouldn't operate properly and the gentlemen told me if I don't like it. I could go somewhere else, air conditioning didn't work properly, the shower head was so high that the water was cold and no pressure when showing.

Thank you for your feedback and patronage. I am very sorry you were frustrated. You are absolutely correct, the hotels cable provider had an outage. The hotels backup is an antenna that allows the local channels to still be provided. The outage was completely outside of the hotels control. I disagree with your assessment of our conversation. I advised you under the circumstances I would be happy to cancel your reservation with no fee and allow you to find accommodations that weren't experiencing an outage. Again, the outage was completely outside the hotels control. The hvac units are efficiency units. They run on a small delay. I'm very sorry you found the height of the shower head inconvenient. Again, I apologize for all of your frustrations. We tried hard to give you a choice to allow you not to have to experience them within our capabilities. Safe travels and God bless. The place is easy to get in and out of. It is super clean and everyone was nice. Breakfast was good and all four of us were full. Coffee any time you want it, always a plus. Bathroom had great pressure! Would highly recommend staying here....

I took the stairs to get to my room. The carpet on the stairs was dirty. Th breakfast was okay, however there was no television to watch the events of the night before..

This is a nice, new property. It's a bit hard to find at night (some lights on the road would help) but it's a good space. The best feature is the beds which were firm as opposed to the usual too soft mattress. If you need a firm yet comfortable bed and are traveling to Arkadelphia, this is where you want to stay.

room service was offered only every other day. Room was not very clean, and there were very few sundries...no body lotion...tissues ran out first day....had to go to lobby to get more. not enough cups provided for coffee or bathroom mouth rinsing. the walls were so thin, I heard a couple arrive at 2am...could hear every word they said next door.

I am sorry that you did not find our hotel up to par. Housekeeping is offered every other day or as requested. We go by the Marriott standards that they put in place for us. Front desk would have been more than happy to get anything extra you may have needed. We do hope you give us another chance. Have a blessed day.

Very clean, comfortable and incredibly helpful staff. First time in a long time I feel free to say that! Sometimes I feel customer service is a lost art. Actually friendly folks, clean rooms, good breakfast - well worth the price.

Kaitlyn was amazing. She went above and beyond to do what she had the ability to do my stay was not what I expected at all. There was no Wi-Fi connection for me and I missed a total day of work. I decided to take an I decided to take a nice shower only to realize there were no non-skid no slip materials anywhere in the bathroom, and I proceeded to fall all over the bathroom. Luckily, there is a bar attached to the shower that kept me from killing myself. I decided to take a shower and realized there were no non-slip materials, and I slipped all over the bathroom. Also the television in my room did not work so I did not enjoy my stay.
