We did attend to the door when it came off the roller, however this was only once during your stay ?Not sure what you mean about the flyscreens, all windows have them ? Some bright spark played with the chlorinator and disrupted the balance of the chemicals in the water.We do check the pool twice daily, so this was attended to in one of our checks. Hi Kathlene,I was very disappointed to read this review. You stayed here for 4 nights and never mentioned any of these issues to us. Our pool is open and so is the playground so I'm honestly not sure what you are talking about when you say they are not accessible. That's simply not true. Gates are not locked and we saw other guests using the pool also. We have great reviews for our staff and how friendly and welcoming we are, so I am sorry you didn't have this experience whilst you were here. Our office is open at 9am every morning, we have children to get to school so we cannot open earlier. I noticed you had departed before this time once I returned home from the school run.What more do you want in the cabin ???? It's an 'economy cabin' designed for the budget conscious traveller. It's fully self contained !We are a family run business, a small caravan park, and honestly, you get a good rate, much cheaper than the big parks.As much as I've taken this feedback on board, I don't believe it's reflective of the overwhelming majority of guest experiences.
