"Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. "We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. "Overall the experience was great. Walking distance to any of the restaurants, an outdoor store in case you forgot anything and a supermarket. The parking is not at the hotel itself as there are two lots (one north and one south) but you can park in front,check in, drop off your luggage then go park the car. You need to ask for the remote to the air conditioner. My only complaint for the stay is that I wish it had a mini fridge because if I want something cold for an early hike nothing opens...
