Comfortable and enjoyable stay
The hotel was easy to find and staff was welcoming. I traveled during Covid and the staff made the check in experience and room service as convenient as possible. Bed and room was comfortable, recommend for business trip.

Our stay was lovely ,staff were very helpful the hotel was beautiful and clean the pool was so nice and relaxing ,we stayed here as we were here for the 75th anniversary of Arnham we were very glad with our choice of hotel ,thank you

Large hotel recently built and opened very good common areas, bar, dining and lobby. Rooms standard and a bit lacking inspiration compared to the common areas. But very nice clean and comfortable. Not close to anything specific other than the highway.

This is a huge hotel. Room was very large and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Swimming pool very clean and new. Breakfast was good, but although there were a lot of staff, they did not man the cook to order area unless a lot of people arrived.

Wat vooral opviel was dat ieder personeelslid bijzonder aardig en vrolijk was. En vooral de kamer was heel mooi . Wij vonden alleen de prijs wel aan de hoge kant.

Mooi hotel, maar kom je fietsen overweeg Cantharel
Mooi nieuw hotel. Mooie kamers. Heerlijk bed.Badkamer prima. Mss iets te weinig kastruimte om op te bergen. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid en top, maar niet goedkoop.OOk restaurant is mooi maar erg prijzig. Hoofdgerecht zomaar € 25,- -€ 30,-. Verwacht je niet direct bij een van der Valk. Geboekt om paar dagen te fietsen op de Veluwe. Fietsen van te voren gereserveerd en betaald, maar bij ophalen helaas geen fietsen! Dat was wel een domper. Via van der Valk Caranthel fietsen geregeld. Daar heen gereden en zo kwamen we erachter dat als je komt om te fietsen de Cantharel een betere keuze is. Gepassionerde mensen bij fietsenverhuur die even helpen je fiets op maat te krijgen. Goede tips voor routes en gelijk de routes meegekeregen op handig knooppunt kaarten. Fietsen zijn ook beter (Trek met Boschmotor). En Cantharel is beter gelegen t.o.v. de vele routes op de Veluwe. Mss ishet hotel; zelf wat gedateerd, maar de fietservaring bij van der Valk Apeldoorn is gewoon ondermaats.

Great hotel!
Great modern and comfortable hotel on a good and green location. Very spacious bedroom will all comfort. The food in the restaurant was tasty and correct prized. Nice bar. Overall experience: will absolutely come back when needed.
