Disappointing stay
I specifically chose this hotel for free parking, but when we arrived we were told there was no free parking due to construction. We were directed to a parking lot that was 3 hours max, so we then had to find another parking lot 1KM away that was 20 euro. The hotel should not list free parking on Hotels.com if there is none. Additionally, the wifi didn't work, and we were unable to leave our suitcases at the reception during the day as they only staff the reception a few hours per day. This should not be a four star hotel.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful & polite, a credit to your hotel. Location is good especially as there is a large, free car park 1 minutes walk away.

Nice enough though not finished well
We had a small room, (which was probably the cheapest) probably too small for the furniture that was in it. In general the recently refurbished building has been done to a high spec but the finishing has had very little thought to it. E.g: The wardrobe in the room could only be opened using one door, the other door was held shut by the curtain rail and hence only half the wardrobe could be accessed. The shower screen had two opening doors but only one can be opened due to the bathroom sink, no bother but seems crazy to spend the money on an opener only to find it can’t be opened. There were no plugs near the bed, phones (I.e. alarm clocks) had to be plugged in across the room. Aircon/heater only seemed to work during daytime Positives: fittings were of a high spec, plenty of coffee

Great place to stay in Antwerp.
We loved this place overlooking the river in Antwerp. Located near the main sights and restaurants. They brought us a great breakfast for a small charge.

Quaint and modern. Very spacious flat with kitchen, living room and views of the canal. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Only minus was some of the furniture could use replacing..badly marked. And bathroom floor around shower needs repairs.

Beautiful Space at a Reasonable Rate
We booked this room on a last second decision to go to Antwerp. We could it have been happier. The room was comfortable, good view, and more than anything, very well designed and decorated. My only advice is to check that the door codes work after checking in before that staff leaves for the night. It's a small hotel with a small staff so they're not always on site. We found out our front door code did not work and after a few calls were able to get a hold of someone to change it. Regardless, it's a beautiful space at a reasonable rate that should always be booked full!

The "Cosy Room" was great
We had the “cozy room” on the first floor. While it did not have a view, it had its own courtyard which was great. However, it was very quiet and great for sleeping. The room was also very modern and confortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to both the historic district and to the art district. There were many good, local restaurants within 10 minutes as well. Unlimited free parking is right across the street. Great hotel if you want something small, intimate and modern.

Well located by the water and within walking distance of great shopping and dining experiences. I didn't get a clear sense from the description that there would be no service at all in the hotel. And no lift given we booked the penthouse. But the room was very nice and the furnishings good. Given no service more product in the mini bar needed.

Your own apartment in Antwerp.
Was pleasantly surprised by stay at this hotel. Building is a renovated structure on the waterfront with only 4 units. The units are small apartments along the riverfront in Antwerp. Unit was a one bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. Large windows provide views of the Antwerp waterfront. Very modern bath and kitchen with flat screen TV. Was so enjoyable, my wife and I decided to get take out and eat in. Would love to come back and stay again in the future as there is much to see and do in Antwerp.

Clean modern Hotel
We really like this hotel. The staff was amazing. There are only four rooms. Ours was on the ground floor with a private patio. No elevator that we saw. Free parking across the street in a large, free parking lot that can get quite crowded. Staff delivered a nice breakfast to our room. Good wifi. We would stay here again.

Tashi, was extremely helpful with local information and contacting our friends who live in Antwerpen. She spent extra time with us to make sure we made contact. She provided a wonderful breakfast and help with the coffee pot. Her warm welcome was greatly appreciated after our long journey from the US. A beautiful restoration of this building and the interior decorating is of a very unique design. Again, Tashi made our stay very relaxing.

Great place and value.
Great place to stay, also suited for longer stays. Close to old town and shopping, close for sightseeing and there is plenty of parking on the street. Great place is you value a larger space. Our room was good and we are happy with the stay. Only pit was hard pillows.

2-star hotel, 3-star view, 5-star price
2nd time staying here. Both times were in their premium "panoramic suite" - We will not be back. This not even CLOSE to a "4-star" hotel. The first time we stayed was May 2022 - It was "okay". The reception was helpful. There was an issue with the front door to the building, and some of the cabinet doors were hanging off in the kitchen. Otherwise, ok. A bit overpriced, but ok. This time (September 2022), we arrived, no reception on site whatsoever. The front security door to the hotel is STILL broken, and covered in TAPE (building has ZERO security whatsover). We did not receive the ironing board we requested. There was no availability for any additional towels. The floors are dirty. the cabinet doors are STILL hanging off the cabinets. the fridge/minibar was EMPTY with absolutely nothing. There wasn't even any coffee available. The hotel DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE COFFEE! You're not allowed to smoke on the balcony, yet the balcony was littered a previous tenant's cigarette butts. Unacceptable. The entire front of the hotel is a huge, mud-covered construction zone. (No parking whatsoever) To make matters worse, the path in front of the building is tattered together with boards, makeshift walkways, unkept, and several piles of dog poop had to be "dodged" while carefully navigating the tiny, rickety walkway to the front door of the hotel.... which is taped up, and the door knob falls out of the door onto the ground (literally).

Alles was goed verzorgd. Het uitzicht op de Schelde was schitterend. Bereikbaarheid was moeilijk ivm tijdelijke werkzaamheden aan de weg en riool.

Valgte Kai 11 på baggrund af: parkering på stedet, daglig rengøring, samt de fantastiske billeder på booking siden. Vi kom til: Ingen parkering, vejen var gravet op, stedet var svært tilgængelig, især med kufferter. Arbejdet foran hotellet var påbegyndt længe før vi bookede 🤔. Burde være korrigeret, vi måtte køre 1,2 km. til parkeringshus, og derefter gå tilbage, en del af vejen på grus og sand. Derudover ingen rengøring, og bestemt ikke byudsigt. Meget skuffende ophold.
