Cheap stay
You get what you pay for in this case and this was an inexpensive room. The hotel is old and seems to be also a hostel of some kind perhaps. Many people were smoking out the front of the building each time we came in or out. Reception did not open until 4pm so we could not check our bags early. The room was clean enough but very old and run down. However we had a comfortable sleep and the hotel is located close to many buses or an easy 15 walk to the city centre.

The property felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which made me feel less like a tourist

A perfectly adequate and very spacious room and clean. Television reception poor. Shower door not in good state of repair. Sound proofing not good as could hear snoring from room next door

Warning regarding the internet!
Warning!!!! iEverything was ok except if you have to use the internet there is a download maximum which in my case closed my connection already after 1 hour of normal office use! That is redicolous and unprofessional. I was not downloading any films etc! It will be a dealbreaker in the future!

Condo Gardens is an OK place to stay -- it's very basic -- a little edgy. We tend to not have high expectations about places we stay -- meaning I would recommend this place but with some caveats. OK place if you don't mind things a little quirky and a little funky. We are in our late 50s, early 60s couple -- this definitely seemed to be a place 'younger' folks would stay -- it's a little funky/quirky. All in all -- it was fine -- not sure I would stay here again -- but in a pinch it would do.

Great hotel!
The condo gardens is a great place to stay if you want to see the city or are going to a festival in Belgium, it's about a 10 minute walk to the city centre which is great to go for a place to eat or to get a train from Antwerp central to anywhere around Belgium and Antwerp, overall it's an ideal place for a cheap stay with all your basic needs and fully serviced,

I think people who gave this place a bad review did not read all the information properly before booking and therefore had the wrong expectations. It is NOT a hotel but a collection of apartments. The office is only open for a couple of hours in the morning and evening so it is possible to stay here, check in and check out and never meet a member of staff. But it's very good value, basic but comfortable, very clean and about 15/20 mins walk from the old centre of Antwerp. My only complaint is the usual one for so many hotels - bad noise insulation between the apartments.

Best Hospitality for the family
Condo garden Hotel have built-in a brilliant concept in the formation of their hospitality, in such a way that all cooking equipment are present in the rooms for use which makes you to feel at home. However, an important thing which condo garden need to take into consideration is the issue of 200mb of internet given to customer is not better because internet facility is what keeps occupant of the hotel busy and it is usually not conducive for customers to start buying internet time before connecting to internet after the free use of the 200mb got exhausted. Therefore, I believe condo garden should have to think of a way of given a free unlimited internet access to their customers and as well factor in the cost of the internet to the cost of the hotel which will help the customer to be able to prepare a budget which is more realistic for their trips.

I had to move rooms twice. The first room was on ground level with a huge window directly onto the street where there were passers by looking in. The second room, was awful. It was damp, badly lit and stank of smoke. I had to ask to be moved back to the original room.

This "hotel" could be so good but it kind of feels like a bail hostel. All of the notices are about fines and penalties and service via reception, though warm and friendly, is strictly limited. The room was extraordinarily spacious but there was no air, one or two lingering smells when we arrived and hardly any daylight. With one or two budget hotels just around the corner, it seems a bit silly to suffer here.

Condo Gardens Worse service ever
We arrived later than suppoused - approx 11AM. It took us almost an hour to find our where the receptionist was. We had to stand outside in the blowing wind with heavy rain. She acted like crazy yelling at us and was definetely not happy to see us there. My worse travel experience in Belgium.

No water no wifi. Nightmare.
Horrible hotel. Unfriendly staff forgot to return passport after check in. Had to manually switch on electricity at the trip box. No wifi at all even though stated on website. Room was next to garbage room. Water supply got cut off the next morning. Nonchalant receptionist offered no help at all. Had no place to brush teeth and wash up. No bed linens and towels. Bathroom was flooded.

C'était plus un foyer des jeunes travailleurs qu'un hôtel. Pas de reception la nuit ce qui peut tres vite être problématique pour la sécurité. Chambre très mal isolée .Beaucoup de bruit après minuit.

Good value for money and walking distance from the centre. Really nice to have kitchen facilities (though limited). The cleaning however wasn’t top notch and we for sure heard mice in the walls at least once.

Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Einrichtung könnte besser sein. Wenn man jedoch günstig wohnen möchte, finde ich die Ausstattung sehr üppig: Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank (sehr sauber!), Bügeleisen, Bügeltisch, Haartrockner, Handseife, Duschgel, Abwasch-Utensilien. Ich würde es wieder buchen.
