Best,Besides the fact that check-in takes place from 3pm and you were already in the lobby at 1pm and we offered to leave your luggage at the reception, this got refused and you wanted to wait until the room is ready.Several times you asked the reception if the room was ready and this super rude and loud when there was no reason to do so.The deluxe room we gave was completely fine.It was obvious that a 3 star hotel was booked and they wanted 4 star hotel standards and wanted to be rude to the staff.Hope you continued to enjoy your visit to Antwerp.

All guests receive a message the day before their arrival informing them that regrettably, we are not yet able to provide a safe environment for our guests and therefore remain closed. All bookings are upgraded to our 4-star sister hotel Mercure Antwerp which is a 2-minute walk away. We regret that you may not have received this message, however, this is also explained on a large information sheet that can be found on the door of our hotel, with clear instructions on how to reach the Mercure.
