It was a very crowded hotel and I don’t think they can accommodate all the people staying there. There were times we couldn’t find a sunbed to lay and people usually put their towels down and claim most of it. Kemal bey at the restaurant was very nice. Food was good but nothing amazingly good. Overall I felt like I was at Disney Land and not a 5 star hotel where you relax.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking forward to unwind/ relax. Landscaping was beautiful. Food& drinks were high quality. Evening shows were great. The hotel had a spacious room& beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast& efficient. Definitely try their Spa services& I had an amazing massage treatment. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel usually hosting Russian visitors and the shows are directed more to that crowed. Lots of food at good quality. The pools are excellent and the beach is very nice. Mostly recommended for relaxation very quiet atmosphere.

Smoothy check in with great ladyTatiana and Pascal from the front disk !! comfortable and very clean rooms ! Great serves every where in the resort !! very very kind young waitress at Lobby Bar ... As my memory helps me I would like to mention both Gemze & Gemze !!! also Gul and the Barman after midnight ...they all were very kind and serve us with a great smile .....

Buffet dining was good but the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Great pools and beach made it difficult to decide between the two. The staff is above and beyond. By far the best all inclusive I have stayed at. There were some minor upkeep issues with the property but i only noticed them because everything else was so good that the frw issues i did observe seemed out of place with the reat of the excellent service and amenities

I wish they fix few stuff in my next stay 1- the cleanness issue . They must be awar of this point more . 2- the food quilty is good but there is no diversity. For 8 days the same dishes. 3- WIFI . Very very very bad. 4- room AC alomst stopes daily once or twice . 5- i wish if stuff know basic english. The resort have good places to set and drink . With good sightseeing.

An excellent hotel with loads of options of food and beverages. Staff were great. The welcome when we arrived was awesome by Nida and the surprise we received for our anniversary was so nice. We will be going back again very soon :-) thank you to all of the team for their services and hard work to keep everything running.

This resort was amazing. The check in team were very welcoming and the front reception manager upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with oceanfront and pool in the balcony . What a great start of our stay . The food at this resort was also amazing . This is the best buffet I have seen in my life ! The variety was unbelievable. They had a huge variety of cheeses and fruits and veggies and around 20 different entrees It was overwhelming but great I would recommend this resort as it was my favorite in this area of Antalya .

Nice hotel for CONGRESS SERVICE
A nice hotel .so clean.and everyone wore face masks .BUT this is a hotel that hosts congress functions and they have preferences over the other guests !! The food was only avarage for a luxurious hotel also .i wouldn't have a 2 weeks holiday here.its a congress hotel ..the staff prefer the congress guests....

There is zero luxury there and definitely not 5 star, I would say it’s 3 star. Internet wasn’t working, they had no child care or babysitting services provided as promised, staff is rude, food was alright the only nice place was the fish restaurant on the beach, rooms are very old and dingy, you have to walk too far, pools were frozen, beach was ok. I wouldn’t come back and don’t recommend it to you.

Lots of the rooms in the hotel are very tired. Food is average at best. There was really loud music each night near the pools that made going to sleep like being in a club - we all had to use headphones each night. Showers in the room are like a dribble of water; hairdryers are from decades ago and / or do not work; no irons / ironing boards in rooms. That said, lots of facilities for families, and most of the staff are very kind

Very happy indeed with the overall experience at Susesi. Helpful staff, excellent service and quality food as part of the All Inclusive rate, which in itself was great value. Covid safe measures have been implemented throughout the hotel, from wearing of face masks to regular temperature checks before being admitted in to high traffic areas such as the restaurant. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

For this kind of hotel we were quite disappointed. We were staying during COVID-19 time, but condition of hotel is quite bad. This cannot and is not affected with virus outburst at all. Hotel requires full renovation to acquire the 5 starts and luxury prefix. AC was not working in some ares of hotel in month of August, there was this horrible smell like dead fish in a room corridors, power buttons in rooms were not working, TV had more dead pixels than alive and so much more. Food was also quite bad, although this might be affected with entire Corona situation; Staff not speaking English, but sign language, but at least they were polite and trying to help out in different situations. What I didn't like is that people would take as many towels as they wanted and "reserve" spots by the pool or beach and would not even show during the day. It was quite hard to find spot because of these things. On a positive side, rooms were clean and neat, minibar was always full and restocked; Internet was OK in hotel, at the pool and on the beach as well.

- WiFi is extremely bad in the rooms; - the website mentions that it's all inclusive, however it is Not inclusive of all the restaurants and room service is extra charge - which is quite misleading, other resorts I stayed at in Belek mentioning "all inclusive" included everything within the resort; - Service team needs time to understand simple English, it was very difficult to ask for simple things from staff because their comprehension of English is very poor; - extra food during breakfast/dinner was checked with staff if can be taken to our room to ensure no food waste, they declined and threw the food away; - quality of food could be better for the amount paid for the stay

I booked royal suite costing roughly £500/night during dec/jan. The hotel is completely outdated. Not what you expect for 5 star. Air con is so noisy like your in 3rd world country, haven't seen these in years and the air flow is annoying, it blows straight into your face. There is dampness in the rooms by the corner, it is always wet. My 1st night was freezing as air con did not work due to faulty fusing which took them 1 day to rectify, which also blew my extension cable and travel adaptor. Toilets leave foul smell and 1 was worse than other, no ventilation in there. As for food they cater to Russians, so it was terrible. Not even any Turkish food available. The Italian and Chinese a la carte was decent. I have tried steak few different places in Turkey and they all taste the same. Generally i did not have any food poisening so i guess it was ok and edible. The butler was like a glorified telephone, nothing spectacular and very slow. It was convenient by having them on WhatsApp to message them directly instead of having to call reception or room service. Room service was always slow and food never came hot. I spent my whole stay with cold food whenever i got room service. As a british asain muslim food is not great at all. if you have kids take a lot of snacks ready meal lunch etc. Spa in the resort is nothing spectacular, they have a male therapist who was ok. Massages are all the same no matter what it is called. They just use different oils and charge you diffe
