Best location ever! 2 mins from Main Street and 5 from Kerrytown. We also walked to the Michigan Union a couple of times. Parking garages one block away. The apartment has everything you might need, very well decorated and cleaned. Big TV’s on every room! Just an amazing experience at a very affordable price, can’t wait to go back! We usually stay at the hotels one mile away from downtown but this makes the experience a lot better!

Great place. Only critique is that the blinds in the bedroom did not block the light from the street at all, so it was very bright in the room when trying to sleep.

I have never left a negative review before but feel compelled to do so this time. First, though, the location cannot be beat. We were so close to all the restaurants and bookstores we enjoy in Ann Arbor. We had to park in a local nearby parking structure, but the nearest hotel charges for parking so it comes to about the same or a little less for parking. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. The higher price for the Exhibit A2 studio was not warranted for any other reasons. The bed was so soft neither my husband nor I could get a good night's sleep, even when we tried separating and one of us slept on the couch. The lobby was dirty. There was so much dust on the coffee table you could write your name. The floors were filled will litter. I saw someone vacuuming one morning, but it was clear they never wiped the table. Our hallway was dingy. The garbage trucks came outside our window on Friday morning and woke us up with very loud noises at 6:30 AM, after not sleeping. They tried to put the washer and dryer in the closet with the water heater but clearly didn't measure. The folding closet door was stuck open and we had to go around it when getting out of bed in the middle of the night. There was one towel bar in the bathroom and no room to hang a wet towel. Perhaps the place is new and will get better. But we will not stay there again.

I loved the natural light in the room! There were plenty of kitchen supplies. I did wake up around 6 am due to the building next door being under construction, the sound insulation was not great. But it’s a great location and excellent communication!

The location and cleanliness were top notch. Having a comedy club downstairs was an added bonus. The futon and kitchen chairs were uncomfortable. There could be an additional chair or loveseat in the living room.

The entry is unfinished, the bedroom had an empty pop bottle on the floor and food, the table on the balcony had the old food on it. The location is great in the middle of Kerrytown very central and an easy walk to University of Michigan central campus. There are two parking structure within a block.

We had a good stay overall, because the location is great. There are a few things I'll note though: the place needed a good vacuuming, there was dust and hair on the floors, we noticed it on our socks! There's a number of chipped paint spots/scuffs on the doors and walls (inside bathroom, hallway). There was no dish soap and the bathroom toiletries weren't fully filled. A mirror in each bedroom would be helpful for getting ready, the only mirror is in the bathroom. There were plastic shot glasses left on the terrace from a previous guest. More attention to cleaninliness details would be good.

Upon Arriving the place lacked on cleanliness. The shower drain was filled with hair from the previous stay, there was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the closet door was broken. when I reached out to them, they wouldn't grant me any type of refund because it was after I had left when I reached out to me even though I provided pictures. I did not feel like a valued guest especially after I had to unclog the drain myself in order to shower.

Location is the best
Location is perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants, campus, stadium! Bed was comfortable…futon a little stiff, but ok. Garbage truck at 6 am is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Garage parking convenient.

This place was excellent for our visit. We were able to walk to the stadium without any problem. We had local shops and restaurants within walking distance to our place. It was excellent and would definitely make a repeat visit. The staff was responsive when we had an issue. They remained in communication with us until the issue was resolved. Thank you for a great stay. The snow was an extra bonus.
