The staff at Koza suite were super nice and friendly, especially the gentlemen looking after food for room service. The location is great and secure, as it is located next to the Malaysia embassy. 500 metres away is the main street where there are heaps of good restaurants and supermarkets. Also an amazing bakery with lots of cakes...so dangerous and yum! I tried to ask one of the Koza suite staff where to get good kebab, and he was puzzled because they were all good and he had to think to single out a particular restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning system as it was still in heating mode for winter, and I couldn't adjust it as it was a overall building heating/air conditioning system for the whole building. But I just left the window open and it was great to have fresh air the entire time. Also during the day, there is a school across the street where you can hear music playing. Room service food was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back.

Nothing to like. I could not sleep while night as the bed was so uncomfortable. The metal part of spring inside the bed was literally sticking to my body. It was that bad. How did you recommend this place? Have not you received any review from customers? This is the first time I am complaining about something. That means it is really bad.

Situated local to a variety of embassies. Perfect location to stay when acquiring a visa for a foreign country. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the cost of staying is incredible when compared to other hotels in the area. Simply a must stay when visiting Ankara.

worst hotel in the world, the air conditioner is broken and it’s just working as a fan and outside was 39c degrees, when I spoke with the hotel reception, they said we cannot do anything for you! shame on you.

Staff responded to the complaints well. Our bed was not clean when we checked in. It was corrected quickly. The breakfast was less than satisfactory. However, the price and the location are good.

Pleasantly surprised by being upgraded on arrival to a non smoking room with balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially with organising my PCR test for my return flight, they organised their hotel taxi, and I picked up my result the following day on time, with no wait. Quiet room, nice easy stroll to Main Street and shops too.
