The staff, especially those at the front desk, were all very friendly. While not as easy to walk to Disneyland as other hotels in the area we’ve stayed at, it’s doable, via Downtown Disney. Breakfast was also really great, especially with kids/teens. The one key opportunity was housekeeping, that didn’t service our room for the first four nights of our five night stay.. We had to ask for more towels and then get one of the housekeepers to take our dirty towels. Pretty weak for a room with five people in it. Other than that, pleasant stay.

We were impressed with the room we booked, we had a full kitchen with dishwasher. Usually we don’t expect much for a free breakfast but we were very satisfied and impressed with all the options we had. Definitely exceeded our expectations, this will be our place to stay from now on. Rooms was clean and very quiet!! 5/5

We got there and the pool was a huge part of our stay and we found out via a notice on the desk that it was closed the entire time we were there. My kids were devastated. Then we got to our room and needed the pull put couch and the mattress was thinner than patio furniture. Thankfully our other group didnt need their couch so we took their mattress ans doibled up and it was ok . Tha k

Overall this was a good option for our larger family’s recent Disneyland trip. The property itself was beautifully kept, clean, and attentive. The breakfast options were good quality and extensive. The walk wasn’t a terrible distance but I didn’t like having to walk right next to such busy roads with my stroller. The pool area was well kept but I did miss having a hot tub on the cooler evenings!

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating! They breakfast is amazing plenty of choices. Parking was easy they have 2 levels with an elevator at each end to access the hotel. You need you key card to get the the guest room levels but the lobby you do not.

When we checked in we were really disappointed with our room - 2 of 3 windows faced directly into an exterior wall, no sunlight at all. We inquired about a new room and to our delight we were upgraded and given a "park view" (no really park view option available, this was the closest they have) and were able to watch the fireworks nightly from our room. Distance to the park entrance is slightly deceiving, its a 30 min walk half of which is along Disneyland Drive which is VERY busy, had us a little anxious walking it with our kids every morning. Room was clean, breakfast and social hour covered the bases for what you would need/expect. Would recommend to anyone who doesnt mind the 30 min walk to Disneyland Gates or taking ubers. Would only explore other hotels in the area for that simple reason

The fitted sheet on one of our beds had holes. The standing lamp in the bedroom broken, the light above the bathroom sink flickered. Not to mention the power outage that lasted hours and being woken up at 3am to a hallway full of teens being rowdy laughing, talking and stomping. Even after I informed them my family was asleep it continued for another 15 mins. The location is great. The front desk Irene super sweet and helpful. The rest kind of just went downhill unfortunately.

We stayed for Dapper Day weekend at Disneyland. The location was great, walkable if you wanted to, we took a Lyft. Breakfast was good, not too heavy for a day of walking at Disney. They had a social hour one of the days, hotdogs and beer and wine were offered. The hotdogs were actually pretty good. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great. We had a little kitchenette which was nice to have real dishes when we ordered in. Our air conditioner didn’t work, but the girl at the front desk came up herself and fixed it for us (because housekeeping had gone home) that was above and beyond moment for us. We would definitely stay again.

We had to move rooms twice to get a decent room. One room had roaches and the sofa bed had stains. Another room smelled like alcohol and the tub was not cleaned. We were thinking of canceling our reservation and booking somewhere else, but it was already almost midnight and Pearl at the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we got into a room we were comfortable in.

I like that it’s right next to Disneyland, 2 minutes drive from this hotel. Hotel is clean. Things that I didn’t like: 1. The kitchen doesn’t have an exhaust vent so for 3 nights that we stayed, the room smelled because we cooked our dinner. 2. Not much breakfast choices. 3. The housekeeper doesn’t speak English so we had a hard time asking her simple things like clean towel or vacuum the room.

Great room size spacious perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast was great they also have a soda machine loved that! We got checked in early and they offered us a late check out which was perfect for our late flight. And they held our luggage also! Dtaff was very professional and nice! Definitely will saty here again when our kids get older! We didn't like the ned mattress they where hard and uncomfortable toilet didn't fush had to flush it multiple times. We wish the soda machine was available all day.
