Late check in and i had to run my card mulitple times and for the cashier to sing out decline... only for it to be her machine malfunctioning. Couldnt get the number of blankets needed in the room. Just was the best service.

I’ve stayed at this hotel dozens of times (several times a year). I would normally highly recommend staying there. The shuttle service is great, the rooms are clean, and usually the staff is super friendly. Our check-in staff was not very friendly. The hotel is still not offering nightly room cleaning even though most hotels are back to doing so now. The conditioner and body wash containers were both empty and we didn’t figure it out until we were IN the shower. The room smelled super musty. I’ll try again another time, but otherwise I may have to find a new go-to. Hopefully they figure it out soon.

The hotel has its own unique charm that fits well with a Disneyland trip. It is also a great location for visiting the parks. We have now stayed twice and will likely stay again in the future. The staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful. My son has enjoyed the ambiance and looking for the ducks that live on site. The only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 is that the bed wasn't especially comfortable.

Best place we’ve ever stayed: large room, beautiful courtyards, quiet, good hours in the deli/store, and a free shuttle every 30 minutes, but we had no housekeeper for 4 days and the refrigerator smelled like sour milk.

Pros: staff was friendly. Shuttle to Disneyland was convenient, and easy to access. Room was clean, and our room had no freeway noise. Pillows were nice. Cons: $25/per night parking. I’d rather have them add that in to the total ahead of time, than surprise me with it at check in. No microwave in the room. I mean, that’s weird…and somewhat inconvenient. Decor in the lobby seems a bit outdated and could use an update. It’s kitchy, but not necessarily in a good way. Maybe a free breakfast of some sort would help soften the blow of that parking fee…

Expedia I would like a refund on this stay. Our room AC was broken down causing us to sit in a room at 77 degrees we called h front desk and waited over an hour for assistance. No one came . We left to get air . We are on vacation and this was a huge inconvenience. Please contact me for refund

This hotel has a beautiful garden, the shuttle is a plus. Rooms need remodeling bit overall great place to stay of going to them parks. Restaurant has a buffet and great service Zeke our server provided with us with amazing service

Enjoyed the complementary shuttle to and from Disney. The room was spacious. The grounds are very well kept and visually enticing. Stains were noted in the bathroom on the walls and mirror.

Outdated rooms. Ripped curtains, old coffee maker. The AC did not work but weather made it bearable as I was too tired to ask for a different room. Pros: conveniently close to freeway and lots of parking, and nice relaxing gardens. Stayed there several times but this time you could really see the place has been deteriorating.

Food in the hotel was expensive, even higher than park prices. Service was hit and miss depending on who was working. Ran out of hot water multiple days for showering and bathroom had no fan.

Location is great to walk to Downtown Disney 15-20 minute… Beds were okay…25.00 a night to park is high you are already paying to much for a room then that on top pricy… that’s Disneyland for you! but all and all we would go back!

If I could take off the one star I would. I had the worst experience. I booked the Turret Suite while traveling with my 8 month old. I was sitting on the chair holding my baby when I barely touched the stick to close the curtain it fell on us, then the top of the ceiling got all over our heads and clothes as well as the top of the table. We were just resting a little as we had drove for hours and were going to Disneyland the same day. We had to catch the shuttle therefore I did go tell the manager but did not have time to do a full complaint, however as the day continued my 8 month old was red all over and I was so itchy. I don’t know what the ceiling contains but that powder that fell on us made us miserable the rest of that day until we were able to shower. One of the staff told us there’s fiberglass in it which would make the most sense.Worst customer service ever

After thorough investigation, we did not find any valid room malfunctions and our guest rooms do not have fiberglass. This has been communicated with Expedia Customer Service.
