Restaurant Yamazato - This Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant has a traditional sushi and sashimi counter, a tatami room, and views over the hotel's Japanese Garden. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Sazanka Teppenyaki Restaurant - Fresh Japanese food is dramatically prepared by chefs on tableside hotplates. The setting is contemporary, with a decor of brushed metal and glass. Open daily for dinner.

Serre Restaurant - Overlooking the canal, this international restaurant has a summer terrace and menu which is inspired by two Michelin star Ciel Bleu Restaurant. Open daily from 10.00pm until after 11.00am.

The two-story Health Club built around a central atrium has professional trainers, a 60-foot swimming pool with jet stream, coed and women's saunas, a spa tub, steam baths, Technogym equipment, and a lounge with massage chair. The changing rooms have showers and sun beds. The club is open daily; a surcharge applies. Twelve miles from the Okura is one of the Netherlands' largest golf complexes, the Golf and Businessclub Purmerend, with 18-hole and 9-hole courses.
