I would highly recommend this Hotel! It was certainly clean, smelled fresh and the friendly staff saw to all our needs. It was within walking distance to everything we had on our list. Fun restaurants were a short distance away. Our lower level room was abit small for four but workable. Again, the staff was lovely esp. Graziella who became a friend by the end of our stay. 5 STARS from me!

Really nice hotel in a lovely area. Nice to be away from the city centre. Close to the Heineken experience and a nice walk to all the museums. The room was very spacious and also had a large bathroom. There was a fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room which were welcome additions. A couple of negatives - the safe in our soon did not work. The shower caused the bathroom floor to be wet so we ended up wasting a lot of towels on mopping up but the biggest issue we had were the awful pillows. Not sure how anyone can sleep with them. They were so deep that it hurt our necks to use them. Asked at reception about getting softer ones but were told that they were the only ones. We ended up sleeping all four nights without pillows as that was the better alternative. I’ve seen other reviews mention the awful pillows so maybe something the hotel should look at? Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would return (but only if the pillows improve)

Very nice facility. Good value for money. Breakfast pricey. Would be nice to have a la carte pricing. Great area. Canal trips, and tram to center within 3 min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very modern boutique hotel conveniently located near many of the bucket list items on our list. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The room was very clean. Large luggage accommodation in the room is a minor challenge, and you have to watch where the shower water splashes as the hinge is missing a seal and the water can get on the floor.

This Hotel is perfect if you do not want to be in the centre, trams easily accessible, so you can get to the centre very easily. The Hotel is beautifully designed, clean, staff excellent and breakfast really good selection. Would love to go back in the future.

Great location, lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff. Bar closes at 10pm, so if you wanted a nightcap you need to be back early. Lovely hotel though.

The staff was incredibly helpful upon arrival, providing maps and recommendations of restaurants near the hotel. The beds were also extremely comfortable and bathroom very nice! The De Pijp area is a great vibe and just a 15-minute walk to bustling central Amsterdam. We had a wonderful experience here.

The staff could not do enough for you and every small detail was thought of. The later check out time and breakfast makes it more relaxing in the morning. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was yummy and being served pastries when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Perfect hotel for families
This hotel is beautiful and the staff super helpful. They explained us all the fun thing to go in Amsterdam. They sell the tours there and explain you how to use the public transportation. Super clean and family friendly hotel and 25 minutes walk from center of city which was great for use since we did not want to be closer to the craziness.

The first night was really bad it’s so hot inside the room because we are in the -1 level so it didn’t have window to open. Even their staff said he felt the heat when we first opened the door. He brought us a buckets of ice but they don’t have fans. They confirmed the AC was broken. All of us were so hot and can’t sleep well. Then I’ve talked to them about it, they mentioned they are fully booked and one of the room will be available after the guests checkout out. I told them to text or email me so I can’t come back to pack my stuff to move to another room. I didn’t get any updates for the whole day. When we went back to the hotel after our activities, they told me they packed and moved my stuff to the new room. WHAT?? I was so shocked to hear that. I told them it’s not ok to touch our personal items. They were very apologetic. They tried to resolve it by refund some of the hotel fees. Staff were very nice. However, packing my stuff was a big no no. We went back to the hotel around 1pm to rest a bit because it was raining so hard. Then we heard all kinds of remodeling noise. Drilling, pounding,etc. it doesn’t bother me much cos I didn’t nap but my husband said it’s too noisy. They also won’t serve lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really good. Staff also helped to book a van for the ride to the airport. The beds were comfy. This hotel may earn the last spot on my 4 stars hotel preference list.

This is a great place for seeing Amsterdam. Walking distance to lots of things (Heineken Experience, stores, etc.) and good local places to eat. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. The ONLY think I could pick at was the hair dryers in the rooms need upgraded, but that was a tiny thing! We will stay there again!

Hotel is located nearby several tram lines that take you anywhere. But you can find a strip of shopping street just 5 minutes away. Amsterdam is also walkable but watch out for speedy bikes around you. The hotel is modern with excellent amenities and topped with exceptional guest service and very friendly staff who are there to help you. Highly recommend.
