hi Marsela,Thank you for your comments, although we don't exactly understand what you mean. There is shampoo, shower gel and soap in the room, as well as 2 towels per person. We are not aware of a problem with the hairdryer. Next time it might be better to come to reception and we will solve any problems immediately! Hopefully you had a nice stay in Amsterdam.
