Horrible service. No towels were given, when we asked they were damp wet. Very very unsanitary. Blankets were not washed. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Good location in Amritsar. Near the Golden Temple and other tourist sites. Good sized clean AC rooms. Staff were helpful. Good basic breakfast buffet. No other eating places near by but the hotel has an attached well priced restaurant.

there were small cockroaches running around the room. the walkway to the room was dimly lit. wont be returning back to this hotel.

Overall v good stay
Hotel is good. Service is amazing The staff took good care and made sure we are comfortable. Only one thing is it had ants but little which when we told them, they took care of it immediately.

Good & friendly staff
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had a chance to talk with the owner; very friendly personality. Not too far from all attractions. Over all Good & recomendable.

I Phone was stolen from my Car manager on duty are very abusive and this was not 4 star property

Thank you for your stay and sharing your feedback. As informed at the time of checkout, the driver was drunk and slept in car with door open on road, security guard requested him to close the door but in vain. Moreover in the morning he was not sure if the mobile was stolen from car or not. We apologize that we were unable to provide seamless experience.

Moderately good hotel near places to visit.
The hotel is located in a busy town centre area of Amritsar which gives easy access to most areas. The room were designed well ( we took a suite) however needed more maintenance and upkeep. Our room was located next to the road side so could hear traffic starting early morning. The linens and towels could do with a better quality. We did not have food in the hotel as Amritsar has so many specialty options for food but the menu looked elaborate and with lot of options. The check in and Check out were smooth and staff were supportive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for short city stay given the price is reasonable and location is good for travel and shopping. The good part it is it not in the most crowded area of town which allows easy parking and access.

Central, clean, friendly helpful staff, secure.
Hotel Narita exceeded our expectations- very friendly staff, room clean and tidy. Very helpful. We had the hotel car for virtually the entire length of our stay - our driver Ravi made our trip enjoyable - he was very courteous, helpful and patient. Hot water worked well. Couple of things which would have made it a perfect 5 out of 5 was lack of room heating as it got cold in the nights and we did not get a receipt for the hotel expenses at the end of our stay. Also the restaurant food was pretty average. All said, it was excellent value for money and we would come back to this hotel again anytime.

The hotel was ok, however make sure you clarify the charges before hand. RAKESH was the only staff who showed a caring feeling. The rest seemed to be interested in getting paid only.

Restaurant better than Hotel
Pictures were deceiving. Hotel is definitely nothing more than a budget hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Mall next to hotel closed down. No proper entrance at the hotel, we had to stop the car in the middle of the road to unload our baggage. Rooms were not clean and the whole hotel was poorly managed. Had difficulty opening and closing the room door. Fridge and water heater were not working. Aircond temperature cannot be adjusted and the fan kept making a squeaky noise throughout the night.Internet was not working properly. Would not recommend the hotel as its overpriced for the quality offered.

Well overall stay was good except there service. For eg. When we checked in to the room towel was not available in the washroom and it took 6 hrs and 4 calls to the reception to get the towel . Tea and pakora is good but it will take another hour to bring the same to your room

Nice Hotel close to heart of city
The hotel is good except a few things such as if you are visiting by car then the parking space on offer is not very good . You cannot take out your vehicle from parking frequently. Secondly the room service starts from 8 AM in the morning, so you have to wait for your morning tea till 8 am.

Unbelievable. The standard is not even worth a single star. This visit proved one thing very clear. Everyone in Amritsar is in for cheating. So did this hotel too by advertising it as a 4 star. The room had a cheap look. Towels were stained and asked them to change. Never stay at this hotel if you are really looking for a 4 star standard.

Cleanliness, room comfort and location wise it is good, No luggage room and service concern and a deserted restaurant out side the hotel building does not make stay worth spending the money when many other options are available

Poorly managed hotel
Rooms were not ready on our arrival inspire of online booking and arrival at night. AC were not functioning in 2 rooms and we had to change room thrice. Guests are expected to enter warm rooms and wait for 15 mins for the air conditioner to cool the room. It was a low budget guest house experience for us at a price of 4 star hotel.

Not 4 star
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Of course don't expect much when it comes to non 5* hotels in India (particularly in the cleanliness area), but this one is very below average. Very noisy (we had an inside room, but the noise from the street and from the restaurant two floor below) echoed through the halls). Rooms were dirtier than normal, with few amenities. Power cut dozens of times each day and internet only worked for the first day.

GREAT COMFORTABLE HOTEL CLOSE TO GOLDEN TEMPLE
I stay with my wife for 2 days at this hotel. as i was there for golden temple visit. I have been to many 5 stars hotel and believe me its close to that 5 star service. first of all hotel rates are very reasonable according to its comfort. staff was polite and well mannered. room, washroom cleanliness was perfect and well designed. situated close to Golden temple and also to main Amritsar market. Plus point is that you are getting a shopping mall next to hotel which is heaven for every women to spent some free time. only thing i didn't like is food price its bit high than expectation otherwise its perfect hotel. Highly recommend for anyone. one more brilliant feature of this hotel is owner of hotel is well concerned about your stay and helpful at every stage. He helped us to check out at hotel and also provide free transport back to railway station. If your budget is around 3k and you want to enjoy a hotel features of 10K. just go for Narulas Aurum.

Très correct !
Cet hôtel est relativement éloigné du plein centre et donc extérieur à la cohue. Très accessible à partir de l'aéroport, on peut se rendre au Temple d'or en quelques minutes en rickshaw. Les chambres sont relativement grandes et la salle de bain munie d'une véritable douche fermée ! Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant qui se trouve juste à côté. Il y a un room service où on peut commander tout ce qui est servi au restaurant. Le personnel est agréable mais il faut un peu leur arracher les renseignements au compte goutte !
