We were Denied Check-in. I was with my family and children and we were made to first wait for a couple of hours and then told that Hotels.com didn't provide them with the reservation confirmation.
This is highly unprofessional. When i tried calling Hotels.com toll free, the website said 9am- 8pm was working hours but IVR stated no one is available. Due to this denial i had to make a last minute reservation with a much higher price as there were no rooms available in the entire city.
I have left a complaint and that as well has not been addressed. I have requested a refund and a difference amount compensation from Hotels.com. Till now i have not heard back from Hotels.com. I belong to the same community from the Travel and the Aviation industry, it scares me that with the experiences like these, its a direct downgrade to such a reputed company such as Expedia Group.
