The staff was very helpful when we arrived and even helped my husband take out our duffle bag to our room since both my husband and I are disabled. The room was really nice and was handicapped assesible, so that helped both of us. The bed , oh my goodness was so nice and firm and hit all my pressure points on my body!!! I slept SO GOOD!!! Thank you so much. We will need to be back in a couple of weeks April 21st to be exact for an 8a.m. appointment on the 22nd at BSA hospital and would really like it if we could get that specific room, if possible. Thanks so much for making our stay so comfortable 😊

Outside is not kept up, inside has been updated but floor was dirty and sheets & pillowcase had hair on them, stained comforter, lots of paint knocked off the walls and frames. I paid more for this hotel than any others on our trip and it was the worst one. I know why this was the only one in the area with rooms left.

2nd time not a charm
We stayed at this hotel 2 times this week as part of a longer trip. The first stay was great, but then this time was terrible. Our non-smoking room had obviously been recently smoked in. We called the front desk and they did offer to change our room, but we were at back of hotel and it was cold so my fault to agree to just stay put. the nightstand had sticky stuff and a swivel stick on it. There was only sheets and a summer thin bedspread (no blanket). It was a miserable night of little sleep. I let the front desk know the next morning and they were supposed to tell a manager, but I never got a response.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The price is unbeatable for where the hotel is located. It's an older hotel so of course there are things that need to be fixed or updated but for the most part it's a great place to stay.

Great stop when traveling through
After a long day of driving, we were grateful for the easy, friendly check in, clean room, comfy bed, quiet location with good black out curtains. Shower was good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was decent. We will stay here again when passing through!

Lipstick on a pig
The hotel was older. They have tried to update but it is like lipstick on a pig. We had trouble with the front door opening. It would stick or if you didn't turn the handle just right would not open. The shower was not very clean. Hair along the side with red water stains inside. No shelf in the shower. You could see where it had been torn out. The ice machine by us was out of order as well. We were there for a quick overnight stay but wish we would have choosen better.

Staff is so nice and accommodating. Price is great. Breakfast was what was expected. Room was cleanish. Sheets had stains. Bathroom was dingy. I brought Lysol for the trip which came in handy wiping it down. Could use a deep cleaning for sure.
