We are sad to hear that after you stayed at the property during your entire stay and tried to get your room for free by complaining about issues that you didn't even notify the front desk about. After further review we are sorry about the burn mark in the comforter but what you called blood stain was not a blood stain also you abandoning one of your pets when you checked out.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear about your stay. We will look into your comments regarding staff. I wish you would have contacted the front office so that we could address some of the issues that you had. We have on record that you stayed in the room from March 14th and continued to book your room up until April 3 when you checked out.... We also had several complaints from other guests about dog feces around property that was located around your room. Also, regarding your comment about the people that live/stay here; you failed to mention that one of those people staying here was your mom who we had to remove off the property due to non-payment which is why I think this review was left in very poor taste. We hope you do what is morally right and remove this factually incorrect review.
