It was very clean and had room cleaning everyday. Receptionist and staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus station and ferry… overall we had a fantastic stay as a young family. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful accommodations and a great location!! A hidden gem on Amalfi. The staff (especially Giovanna) was INCREDIBLE and helped us plan our whole time on the coast (restaurants, things to do, catered to our interests!!) Easily the best travel experience we’ve had in Italy.

This can be a little tricky to find but it's in the middle of a local area so you get the feel for how the locals live. The room looked exactly like the pictures. They were very helpful in securing a dining reservation for our group. We were only there one night but it does have a very small kitchen that would be great for a multiple night stay. I highly recommend this little gem!

It is better to accept the host's offer of help for bringing your luggage from bus station of boat dock. Even Amalfi is small, walking with luggage may be hard on very crowded narrow and somewhat uphill streets

The staff was amazing and helpful, the location is impeccable and the room itself is very well kept. Highly recommend for couples. The only thing is the shower doesn’t run hot water for a long time (might be because of how old the building is) but it didn’t bother us at all, just had to take quicker showers. They even helped us book a transfer on our last day since the ferry was cancelled due to the weather. Amazing people and nice view!

Newly renovated, stylish and clean accommodation in Amalfi town. About a two minute walk to the town square so it’s away from the noise of tourist crowds but easily walkable to the central square. Expect to climb a lot of steps! As expected with most places on the Amalfi coast. (Staff was happy to help with luggage). The room is not soundproof but the area isn’t too loud so it’s not bad. Staff was very helpful with dining and sightseeing recommendations, as well as booking reservations and transportation. We had an excellent stay.

okay but has issues. Consider something better
My biggest complaint is their check in policy. I have never heard of such restricted hours and then the requirement to pay, even if you give advanced notice. Even though we reached around 10pm, Andre charged us the higher rate AFTER his 'check-in' stating the check in time begins after his check-in. That's plain cheating. Here are other CONS/issues: Low curved ceilings by the bed; water temperature was warm, not great; the sliding shower door is difficult to slide causing loud screeching sounds; appreciate the act of the bassinet however it was broken; and multiple steps (as they had disclosed) to get to the room. Parking is an absolute nightmare here because we are told to call 30 mins in advance to obtain the car which is more than half a mile or about 850 meters. Plus, you have to drive down the main street of the shopping amongst all the tourists. If you are leaving or trying to get in around the school hours, you will get stuck for about 30 minutes behind a traffic light. The in-room bar refrigerator isn't working well. PROS: the place is clean and cleaned daily with new towels. it's close to everything in Amalfi like the shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, ferry services, etc. I liked the hand sanitizer they supplied. So, overall, if you plan to use a car or check in after their restrictive hours, I would read above and highly consider other options.

DieciSedici was super cute and the room was very well designed. The bed was comfortable, very nice shower and bathroom. We appreciated that the staff helped make reservations for us at some local restaurants and offered us recommendations. The location was very close to the main square (you can walk through a walkway under the church), and right outside the hotel there was a small little coffee shop where we got cappuccinos in the morning. The parking was valet when we arrived and departed, but you have the option to self access the car in between these times if you choose. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!
The hotel is fantastic, I do not think the pictures do it justice. We had a split level room with a large open area downstairs and a nice balcony and then the bedroom upstairs. The room was beautiful and very clean. It's location is perfect, it is close to the water but completely silent at night. Carmen on reception was lovely and was so helpful in sorting out transportation back to the airport at such short notice. She also gave us good recommendation for things to do and places to eat. Couldn't recommend it enough! I hope we will be back!

Luxurious, clean and best location for Amalfi
This is one of the better apartments to stay in Amalfi ... very modern, luxurious and a seriously comfortable bed in quiet location just across from the beach. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating.

Very nice but needs a few simple improvements.
Property was very clean & updated. Had 2 amazing private outdoor areas for our unit. Towels, toiletries & location were great. Issues I had were the room is not stocked with coffee, only tea. We were told if we wanted coffee we could walk downstairs to the front desk for espresso in the morning. I tried & the office was dark & locked up. There wasn’t even anyone there to check out at 11am. We left to grab breakfast & were locked out & had to call a # to get someone to let us in & schedule valet to get our car parked somewhere offsite. I would suggest stocking room with not only tea, but coffee, sugar, cream/milk & also a better stocked mini bar & snacks for purchase. Robes & continental breakfast would also be expected for this price range.

Lovely room in an old charming property. Our room has all modern amenities necessary (air conditioning, WiFi, hair dryer, safe, Bluetooth speakers, full length miror). Bathroom is clean. Water pressure perfect. Windows close any noises outside.

The hotel is located in the center, right near the sea and restaurants. The room was in an old building without an elevator on the third floor. We had to pick up the bags ourselves with Melissa's help because the external vanity service had finished its work (we arrived at 19:15). It should be noted that the parking service took the vehicle and returned it efficiently. The room is as in the pictures, beautifully designed and spacious and includes a Bluetooth enabled the audio system, all modern and equipped with a coffee and tea available to lighted closets. The hotel owner owns a bistro restaurant, a 5-minute walk, where breakfast is served, which is also frequented by casual customers. Please note that the food is delicious. The breakfast arrangement requires significant improvement. If the restaurant is full, you should wait for the table, there is no preference for hotel guests. So casual customers who sat after us got their food in before we did. The meal is limited to sweet or savory, which means that if you order an omelette, you do not get Corason and vice versa. Even the things includes on the menu do not come to the table unless you ask them from the waiter what puts the hotel guests in an unpleasant situation. In addition, most waiters do not speak English, making it even more difficult.

We were both so lucky to have our stay at DieciSedici. Melissa took an AMAZING care of us from the moment we arrived, which was late in the evening, she stayed longer and met us as we unloaded from the car. That was such a sweet gesture. She never rushed us and took her time explaining what to do, what to see and where to eat. She is not only beautiful on the outside but also inside as well. We got to our room and our eyes were in amazement. The room is huge! Like our own condo! It was so beautifully designed by a great architecture with glass stairwells and a glass floor. So unique! What I love about this place too is there is a daily cleaning lady that comes to help us out. The location is in the heart of Amalfi which is perfect! It was so close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and the pier for the water taxis and buses which is a plus! Highly recommend this location and you will love your stay and the staff there.

Non riesco a trovare un difetto a questa struttura. Si trova in una casa del centro storico molto caratteristica. Camera spaziosa, con letto sul soppalco, ben arredata, pulita e completa di ogni comfort. Acqua e bollitore a disposizione gratuitamente. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. La ragazza alla reception gentile e accogliente.

아말피 동네 자체가 너무 예뻐서 그런지 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고 해변과 가까우며 중앙 광장과도 가까웠고 주차도 편리했습니다. 다만 체크아웃할때 차를 정오 이후에 출차하면 10유로를 더 지불해야 합니다. 이점 주의하시면 될것 같아요. 직원들도 친절했고 짐도 옮겨주고 편안히 잘 지내다 갑니다

É um B&B, com horário restrito de recepção. No ato do check in recebi as chaves da entrada dos fundos e do portão da rua, qualquer problema só seria resolvido no dia seguinte após abertura da recepção. O quarto é muito amplo e bem decorado, porém a limpeza é precária, muita sujeira em baixo da cama e ao redor dos móveis, a roupa de cama não parecia limpa e o edredom estava sem a capa e embolado no fundo do armário. O banheiro com ladrilhos sujos precisando de faxina pesada. Infelizmente não houve a oportunidade de conversar com os responsáveis pelo B&B durante a estadia pois saíamos muito cedo e retornávamos tarde. A localização é excelente, próxima da Marina e do centro, facilitando muito a locomoção para os passeios. O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria em frente ao Duomo, apesar de ser um pouco farto, o serviço é muito lento. Se não fosse o problema da limpeza daria uma nota melhor.
