I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
To begin, I was informed upon arrival that I would be transferred to another hotel due to the unavailability of a room. Unfortunately, the room I was given at the alternative location had no view except for a wall directly outside the window. This lack of a pleasant view significantly impacted my overall experience.
Furthermore, I was disheartened to discover that my room did not include a coffee machine. As a coffee enthusiast, I had explicitly requested a double espresso each morning. However, instead of receiving the quality coffee I had hoped for, I was provided with a subpar alternative. The coffee served in a carton cup was clearly not an espresso, and it seemed to have been made using a cheap machine. This fell far below my expectations and left me feeling unsatisfied with the level of service provided.
Adding to my disappointment, when I reached out to the receptionist to express my concerns and inform her of my intention to make a formal complaint, she displayed a complete lack of concern or willingness to address the issue. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism further exacerbated my frustration and dissatisfaction.
