We liked this property but there is really nothing around the hotel besides from one restaurant. Our room was very nice but it was very hot and the AC wasn’t working. We called the front desk 3 times to say the room was very hot and where told by the front desk that it wasn’t. How they could know that from the reception desk is beyond me. They never sent anyone to check it out. So we opened the sliding glass door and left it open all night to keep the room cool. When I went to the front desk in the morning I inquired as to why they thought the room wasn’t hot and apparently they monitor the room temperature from there. I told them that It was so warm and moist in the room my glasses kept fogging up. Wouldn’t stay here again

Loved our stay so much we wish we could’ve extended it! We stayed as a family with our 1 year old and we’re in awe of this property. It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were huge. The staff are also very hospitable, professional and we’re so kind during breakfast to our noisy and messy toddler. The breakfast is also very nice, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary mimosa bar which was the best way to start the day! If you’re considering this property, don’t look any further!

The hotel and its staff were incredible, enhancing my stay significantly. I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their unwavering support during my challenging period. The hotel and facilities were immaculate Unfortunately did not get to experience the spa as sauna and jacuzzi was not in use Food was great. Good choice of options Dining staff & room service was great Thank you, can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful property. My only complaint is the food at the restaurant. Food was terrible and service not so great. We couldn’t finish our meal and ended up walking to another restaurant for our meal.

First class hotel
Hotel is great location to the beach and boardwalk. It was fabulous, spotlessly clean , breakfast was amazing and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Was a fantastic stay. Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Comfortable beds and rooms. Quiet. Close to beaches. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again.The hotel seemed eco friendly - for instance no plastic packaging, paper straws, Aircon cannot be reduced before 18 degrees - however it would have been nice for them to promote what unseen measures they might be doing, of on fact they are, things like do they source their energy from renewables, what do they do about reducing water usage and energy usage, how do they encourage reduction in energy (washing towels only when needed), access to e-bikes and e-cargo bikes.

The property is located just a mere walk from a beautiful beach and lots of really tasty restaurants!! The staff is so friendly & so interactive!!! I’d stay here again & again! Carla & Sarah were phenomenal.

Myself, husband and 4 yr old daughter have just returned after staying for a week— I cannot fault this hotel, everything was perfect and we had zero problems throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and almost new. The pool area was brilliant (no sun bed wars) they have a towel exchange service and plenty of loungers. The pool was perfect and the food truck was also an excellent addition. The staff were all smiley and very attentive and organised our airport transfers without a hitch. There is a beautiful beach 7 mins walk away with great bars and restaurants and also a fabulous Italian restaurant just around the corner from the hotel. There are a couple of convenience stores a few minutes walk away and attractions (zoo marine) for kids a short taxi ride away. We could not fault this hotel. 10/10!!!

everything was very good , Friendly people , super clean Rooms , Reception stuff was super too , no complain really .....One Think shocked me to be very honest which I did not understand since I travel lots around the world ... in breakfast when I asked for omelette they told me will cost you 2 Euros :) 2 Euro is not money for sure but I neve rever saw this in any hotel before in my life , maybe life changed inside hotel industry , anyway super hotel and no complain

This hotel is excellent. From the swift and clear correspondence before our stay about airport transfers and an early check-in onwards, the service was faultless. Aside from the incredibly nice and helpful staff, this was a new hotel so the rooms and facilities were to a high standard. The hotel itself is located in a pleasingly quiet part of Galé, 45 mins by car from Faro airport. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach and there are several excellent restaurants nearby - Bellavita is an Italian restaurant, Os Sagados and Praia de Galé are excellent seafood restaurants. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, too. Uber is easy and accessible for getting around.

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel. Vor allem wirklich tolles Personal! Beim Frühstück war es nicht zu voll, obwohl der Bereich wirklich klein ist. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine beim Frühstück ist leider nicht so lecker wie der von der Bar. Ich habe extra nicht das günstigste Zimmer gebucht, aber der Zustand des Zimmer war schon abgewohnt. Die Ecken der Möbel platzten bereits ab. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist nicht so toll. Wir haben für drei Nächte mit zwei Personen nur eine Kapsel normalen Kaffee und einen entkoffeinierten gehabt. Bei der Reinigung am nächsten Tag wurden die Kapseln nicht nachgefüllt oder die dreckigen Gläser gewechselt. Es gab auch keine Milch für den Kaffee im Zimmer. Man konnte auch selber keine Kapseln dafür mitbringen, weil das System unbekannt ist. Ich genieße gerne abends auf dem Zimmer noch einen Kaffee. Das ging so nicht. Insgesamt bin ich etwas enttäuscht. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt hier richtig gut gefallen, es war ruhig und der Service war klasse. Das Badezimmer war mir allerdings nicht sauber genug. Der Boden war zum Teil etwas dreckig. Aber ansonsten würde ich sehr gerne wiederkommen und das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.

Séjour correct dans l'ensemble. Le service et le petit déjeuner était très bien. La chambre était propre et lumineuse. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son SPA en raison de la météo capricieuse. Les massages y étaient très bien mais dommage pour nous que le sauna et le hamman étaient fermés pour maintenance.
