I paid for 2 x 2 bedroom apartments but they gave us 1 x 3 bedroom one instead. And 1 of the 3 bedrooms had no bed!!!! Very disappointed as I did not get what I paid for….

The staff were welcoming, the hotel is nice and modern and the hotel restaurant serves good food. However, it is in the middle of nowhere. Staying here will cost you a fortune just to travel and see civilisation. There’s no pavement to walk anywhere and the nearest supermarket is around 25 minutes away. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. You’re better off staying in the heart of Portimao or Albufeira where everything is close by and things are still open at night

We stayed at the apartments. The decor was basic and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. There was no place in the bathroom to put any toiletries or even a hook to hang up anything. There was very little room for hanging clothes in the bedroom. It would have been nice if they had left some cleaning supplies in the kitchen. You had to pay extra for the kitchen to be cleaned but they’re was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent or even a sponge or cloth.

Nice modern apartment with nice swiming pools/facilities. However, I didn't appreciate the apartment not being ready on our arrival at 6pm when it should have been avalible from 4pm.... we had to wait until 7pm to get access. I also think it's unacceptable to charge extra to use the safe in the apartment.

Algarve race appartments
Great stay, really attentive friendly staff. Service was a luttle slow at times, but this may have been due to the recent lifting of covid restrictions in the UK and the sudden influx of guests. Overall very helpfull, and as good as would be expected. If not using the track, then ther really isnt anything alse nearby. Car a must. Would stay again 😁

Portugal race apartment stay.
The apartment was large and had everything required. The sofa was very dirty And required cleaning or replacing as this was a real put off. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bed but pillows small and lumpy. The apartment was good value for money but just lacked attention to detail. Would stay again though. You need a vehicle here as nearest town is 10k away. Pool area looked nice. This place is set up mostly for race days. .

Hotel near the track, convenient location. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean and comfortable except the bed is a bit too soft for me. Breakfast, dinner served in the restaurant are nice with lots of choices and good taste. I will come back and stay when I visit the track again.

Great hotel.
Amazing hotel, very beautiful. We stayed at the apartment block not the hotel. The apartments feel very secluded from hotel, in my opinion i feel like they have invested more time into the hotel than the apartments. The apartment would benefited from its own reception, this would save time walking to the hotel each time. Teabags, milk and coffee station are the little things that would that extra touch to the apartment. An extra €15 you can get breakfast, delicious continental and english breakfast. On our first night we tried the dinner buffet for €25, the food was disappointing not worth the €25 at all, not alot of variety at all, the service was great, english speaking staff helps alot. The apartment is very clean, cleaning service provided each morning. Only downfall is that the hotel is very far from everything including the clubs, bars etc. We paid €86 for a taxi from the airport!! Taxi to albufeira is €42-45! Portimão and lagos are the closest towns from the hotel about 30mins taxi costing about €20-25. The cheapest taxi app to use is bolt way cheaper than uber. The noise from the racing each morning can get somewhat irritating. I was expecting one or two days of racing, but did not except it the whole week we stayed here. If you are planning to stay here, i would recommend hiring a car. Overall the reception staff are very helpful at all times nothing is to much bother for them. Thank you very much.

Beautiful property.... very spacious apartments with everything you need.... as for the kitchen, if you decide to cook, you need to buy your own dish soap and sponges... Also, you need a car as there is no way you can walk anywhere... is beautiful place in the middle of nowhere...

Great hotel, very clean and staff really helpful. Only negative was comfort, leather couches in the heat were a little uncomfortable and pillows were pretty bad on the beds, but everything else was perfect! Very quiet area, which was exactly what we wanted to get away from it all.

Property was close to the pool and the apartment layout was excellent. Everything felt a bit unfinished. No service at the pool by our apartment. Hob was broken Maids came at different times during the day, often when we were busy so was in convenient. Asked for late check out to 12pm, this was turned down. On the first night was sent to the wrong apartment and woke a family who were sleeping.

Loved it and had a blast kart racing!
Loved this resort. It is about 20 minutes to either Lagos or Portimao and there is not much to do in the immediate area. However, the upscale quality of the resort and spa blends well with the relaxed atmosphere of the area. The resort opened in 2015 so it is quite new. We took our three kids (9, 7, 5) to the kart racing since the resort is part of the Algarve Race area. We had a blast and it was an unforgettable experience racing through the hills of the Algarve. We would highly recommend it if you have a rental car and day trips can be taken to areas along the coast.

Acima das expectativas
Já havia estado nestes apartamentos mas o nível de qualidade aumentou. As instalações do hotel, as quais podemos utilizar, enquanto hospedados nos apartamentos são muito boas. Principalmente, a piscina do hotel, é maravilhosa! De resto, a parte exterior dos apartamentos, a fachada, é o único que neste momento precisa de uma melhoria, o qual pareceu-me já estarem a efetuar mas aos poucos para não comprometer as estadias! Porém, a parte interior dos apartamentos já levou uma remodelação, pelo que estava tudo muito bem cuidado e com aspecto de novo. Os apartamentos, têm tudo o que precisamos, além de terem muito espaço! No geral, foi uma estadia acima das expectativas! Vou voltar de certeza!

Es un resort muy completo y cuidado. Nos alojamos en los apartamentos y la verdad que por lo general bastante bien! Son muy amplios, varios baños, gran terraza, cocina amplia, cocina amplia… Sitio para aparcar en la misma puerta! Personal amable! Piscina exterior enorme con su respectivo jardín y hamacas. Servicio de habitaciones efectivo. El spa es gratuito y bastante completo aunque no funcionaba la sauna. Las pegas que le ponemos son las siguientes: tv sólo en la sala de estar y demasiado pequeña. Los aires acondicionados sólo estaban en las habitaciones, no en la sala de estar aunque no nos fue un problema. No dejaron ni un estropajo ni jabón para lavar los platos (en cambio te dicen que tienes que dejarlos fregados obligatoriamente si no hacen cargos adicionales). En la cocina habían muchas moscas pequeñas (de estas de la comida) desde que llegamos… es decir no fue por nuestra culpa… además de hormigas que venían desde fuera. Lo peor a mi parecer es la hora de salida que es a las 10:30 de la mañana… entiendo que luego tienen que hacer limpieza y demás pero es demasiado pronto siendo que para entrar es a las 16:00h. Pero por lo general está muy bien! Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de ir la primera quincena de junio que no hay mucha gente entre semana y se disfruta mucho mejor!!!!
