"Overall, my stay was pleasant, although I did not spend much time in my room or the hotel itself. The only two comments or recommendations that I have are: include bathrobes in the rooms, or provide a list of complete amenities, so that guests can be prepared. Also, because of the fire alarm and actual fire situation, I would highly advise that better communication between staff and management in the event of an emergency be put in place. There was much confusion as to whether this was an actual alarm or a test. A verbal announcement from management to the residence in their rooms would have created a far better flow of traffic as well as lack of confusion.
