"The staff was always very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Two minor complaints: please provide a wash cloth, and make the passwords for devices and tv last the duration of the stay."

I didn't like the fact that they advertised fully refundable and then when you want to change your plans and go elsewhere because you realize the place sucks.....that's when expedia tells you no refundat all, even though expedia advertised that the place was fully refundable. "The staff was brilliant, I recommend staying here for kawasan falls canyoneering and book directly in this place, we had an amazing private tour for only 1100 pesos each and lasted abour 3-4h with food and water also. Much better than a group as we could take amazing photos and they took us early ..."
