First time I stayed at this property for a wedding nearby. I liked my stay. The property was clean, conveniently located, and the staff friendly. I loved the fact that the casino is smoke free.

Everything went just perfect with our stay there. I believe really the only issues that we had were the elevators were broken there was only one working elevator and when we took a shower the water would roll out from underneath the showered glass door and get everywhere so we were constantly cleaning that up. But everybody there was fantastic and we just really liked it. Thank you so much.

Very nice stay! We loved the extra security measures taken in the parking lot and getting to the rooms! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We would stay again

Good location, the casino area was much larger than it looked upon walking in, food options aren’t fabulous, but the rooms were nice and spacious.

There is no smoking in the hotel or casino. The food is very good, the staff is very nice, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. This is a hidden gem I almost hate to reveal, but it's a hotel that deserves success for the pleasant, clean restful oasis it is.

I liked the personal service I liked the view from the room. I like the swimming pool and sauna I liked the food I liked winning money at your excellent casino. The only thing that I felt that was a downgrade was our shower service. I stayed at the property for one week and every single day it was oscillating between cold and hot water mostly cold thank you.

We stayed at Santa Ana in December and the television guide wasn't working. This last stay it was the same. If the provider can't fix the problem they should be fired. Also maybe you could provide a printed copy of the channel guide to your guest.

Hotel was very noisy. Could hear every door on the floor open and shut. Kids running though the halls banging on walls. Shower door installed backwards so you get blasted with cold water while turning shower on. Had very inconsistent water temps in the shower. On the morning of checkout had to end up taking a cold to lukewarm shower. Overall my wife and I were not impressed for the price payed.
