Terrible check-in experience. I arrived late (around 10pm) with my 11 year old son. Initially I was told I had already checked in. Had to 'prove' I didn't, to the point of confirming the last 4 digits of the CC on file were not mine. Then I was given someone else's room (no one was in the room but personal belongings were). After bringing this to the agent's attention, it was over 30 minutes until I was finally given an empty room. While waiting the same agent was able to check in 3 other guests. I booked a room with 2 twins but ended up in a king room. No explanation, no apology by the agent. Was told the general manager would call me in the morning. That call never came.
