Book a certain room was put in wrong when l went and asked about reservation was put in right room it was not clean and it had a big stain on the couch the employees where not friendly or welcoming at all and they also had roaches don't know what happened to this Country Inn and Suites but it use to be one on the best places to stay
Chair was very dirty in the room and the rooms and hallways smelled very old

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED!! Luckily enough the person wasn’t in the room when my husband keyed. There were sneakers in the room already!! They ran out of towels and didn’t have working ice machine on the 2 and 3rd floors. The place need a serious overhaul and renovation

Had to put the sheets on the bed myself and the room has not properly cleaned. Some excuse about the washer or dryer. Short on staff. Someone kept knocking asking if I needed towels when there were like 30 rooms that needed to be cleaned. Was not able to rest properly.

Couldnt do early checkin, no snacks in vending machine, door wouldn’t unlock unless you did a trick, no clean towels for day 2, air conditioner was noisy

The rooms need a major updating! The smoke alarm was pulled out and wires hanging in my room.

The ac in our first room at check in was broken, but the front desk clerk quickly gave us a new room! The breakfast staff was awesome and very friendly! Awesome breakfast to get our morning started. If you stay here look up Carter's fried chicken! You won't be disappointed!

I have stayed here several times and each time it gets worse. This time the tv never worked despite me calling because someone had stolen the power cable. The floors are perpetually sticky. The heated indoor pool is never heated. The staff is quite rude and housekeeping doesn’t know the meaning of the do not disturb sign. I work at night and sleep during the day and they knock and wake me up everyday. Sometimes as far as trying to come in The room but the chain is on. I won’t stay here again!!

Room was dirty, no toilet paper, drawers wouldnt stay in the dresser or tables bc the floor wasn’t level.

Hotel was old and run down. We decided to stay there because usually they’re very nice. This was the exception to the rule. I killed one flying bug and found bug carcasses while checking for bedbugs-which we did not find. Toilet seat is stained terribly. We slept in the same bed even tho there were 2 because the sheets were stained on one of them. Also, stained bedspread was stained. Read the reviews-they’re pretty accurate. This hotel has fallen out of grace with us!

Room did not have a desk chair, no clock, bathroom had a marred bathtub, wall in bathroom has been unprofessionally repaired. The upholstered chair in the room was stained. I would not stay here again.

This wasn't good at all. The bed was worn out in the middle which caused my back to hurt, the breakfast was terrible and hard, and the night clerk was not helpful. I wasted $150 on staying here and I won't be staying here ever again.

Needs more updating done. Floors good furniture in room was disgusting. The desk chair was worn out or broken. Bathroom mirror was spotty or needed replaced and the wall repair in two areas looked terrible. For what is charged for a night here is terribly high and for the area.
