Side chair in the room had a GIANT dark stain on it. Made front desk aware and asked if they could remove it after we identified that as the horrendous smell in the room. They made me remove it myself through the tight squeeze of the bed and wall unit (meaning I had to move this awkward shape on my own and touch the filthy mark on it) and leave it in the hall where it sat for almost 24 hours right outside of my door. Snowed a few inches and hotel didn't put any salts down or shovel until the next night which made us slip every time we had to go in and out. Fire alarm needed a new battery and the worker they sent couldn't figure out how to put it back on the wall. Construction vans in the parking lot woke me at 6am which isn't the hotels fault, but so frustrating after having nothing but issues. Terrible experience I would not stay here again.

They definitely need a renovation. The smell of mold is bad. The room had a bad odor to it as well, not that aren't clean, cause they are, its just old moldy smell.

Bathroom had poop on the tub . I was not happy . She tryied to tell me that it wasnt there I showed her a picture of it and poined it out for her .

They were very accomodating when we couldn't get to our room that we'd booked until 6 am due to horrific traffic issues. They let us claim our room and add another night so we could fully recover.

Staff was nice. Sofa bed was stained and the bed was an old uncomfortable spring mattress. Shower only had two settings: scalding hot and off.

The walking distance to the elevators from the lobby was a bit much. Very strange they were so far away.

Place was nice had to many vip parking in the front of the building but it was nice haven’t had the breakfast yet , hopefully so bacon.

upon arrival I was nervouse due to an odd odor - we considered leaving... but that was only in the lobby area, our room was clean and comfortable - we were surprised and happy about the breakfast

This hotel was great! It is a standard Holiday Inn Express. The difference staff was the friendliest most helpful staff we've ever had! The beds were comfortable (REALLY appreciated the blackout curtains) and enjoyed the modest pool and fitness room. The evening hot chocolate was a great touch. Thank you so much for making our New Years Eve even more special.

In town on family business. My stay was very comfortable and convenient. The hotel was clean, excellent parking, and very professional and courteous staff.
