Refrigerator barely worked. Floor had debris all over it, didn't seem like it had been mopped in weeks. No laundry on site. It's a personal peeve of mine, but I do not like to see other peoples hairs in my shower, or stuck to the shower curtain, woven into the towels etc. This kind of room/hotel makes sense if your charging Rupees, but 60 American dollars a night is too much for what they offer.

Well, to tell you. Was Quite surprising to pull back the sheets on the bed and find a pair of men's underserve in the bed with us. Black Under ware ... Guess House Keeping needs to do a better job. On getting a room ready for a new client! Other than That .. it was a restful nights rest ... Could have used a few more towels in the bathroom.

The room had mold on roof food stuck to the outside of fridge and the door would not lock so we had to take turns watching the door. Will never go back and will always tell people to go anyway where else. Your car has better security measures

Overall, room 121 was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Good cable TV. Fridge and microwave in room. Motel is close to a busy road and a railroad, so expect some train and traffic noise. Good value for money.

Our room was not in the best condition the air vents had layers of thick dust which was super black causing allergies to fleer up the bathroom had burn marks everywhere including the sink counter the ceiling had several panels cracked and just pushed in to stay abd there was three spots of panels missing where you could see inside the panels there was no table with a chair that it shows in there advertising picture just the chair the fridge had crumbs from last guest and the lamp had a bad bulb making the light very dim in the room . We have stayed at this hotel several times and usually in the same room which had similar problems but it seems the owners don't really care because this room was worse than our first stay and the other room .

The woman at the front desk was lovely. The property attracts and serves a community that is challenged by life. Very smoky in the non-smoking rooms. The room was clean.

It was ok
The person that checked us in was polite. He offered restaurant recommendations when asked and even found our hats that fell behind the couch after we had checked out. The room was spacious and had 3 double beds great for a family. However this hotel is older and needs some TLC. The train went by 3 times the first night and once the second. And the trash truck came by before 5 one of the mornings. But we didn't hear anything from the other guests. I don't think this was a great value, but it did what we needed.

The on-site manager was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the AC had been off in the room so it was 90 degrees at our check-in which was miserable after a full day of driving. The manager was kind enough to lend us a fan to help assist with cooling it down. The property exterior is run down looking and unfortunately the room was as well. Peeling paint, wall damage, flooring damage & moisture stains. The bathroom was so awful that we left the light off just to not see the condition. The shower curtain had that pink discoloration that happens when it has bacteria on it. I don’t want to be too harsh as the manager was so kind. But had I known the rest, I never would’ve booked here.

The stay was good but first 5 minutes here i see a cucaracha on the restroom wall. Sadly i waited to long to book a hotel so this was the only hotel we could find at the time. Price was good, lady up front was nice but very monotone like she was dreading being at work or something lol. Other than that stay wasnt to bad. I guess for being the only hotel available. But will never stay again. I perfer rooms n hotels that feel cozy. The energy here is not it.
