"Upgraded room but in smoking floor when requested non smoking but room actually didn’t smell of smoke so ok. Gorgeous room excellent facilities but the maid service let it down badly constantly had to request towels as non left until 5 days in a new gig assigned to the room and was fabulous. Room service was a disaster ordered from menu asked for meal with no cheese it came waiter said no cheese opened it and there was cheese so rang to be told there is no cheese in it!!! Came to collect it and...
