"Hands down, the staff is what is unique and what I liked the most about this hotel! From Ahmed who checked us in, to Abdul who helped us to our room, right from the beginning at check-in, we knew we were in good hands. The evening of our second day, we wanted recommendations of nearby restaurants. The Bell Captain and his crew patiently fielded our questions. recommended several restaurants, and gave us useful information on distances, cuisine types, etc. While I do not remember the names of the captain and most of his staff who were helpful throughout our stay, I remember Mohamed Imran. He, like the others, was professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good! Good selections in the buffet. "

I was happy to have the universal outlets throughout the hotel. The internet was fast and included. This hotel is perfect for Business travels as well as vacation. "

"This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend. "

"The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights. The most impressive things; the gym is fantastic, the staff are helpful and engaging with children and we asked for a late check out and was given 3 additional hours, as well as baggage storage. Great hotel to stay at in a prime location."
