"We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy. "

"Excellent amenities and service : nonstop cleaning from the staff in the common areas : Exquisite hotel with service that’s second to none. Perfect location yet very quiet in the rooms. I was happy to have the universal outlets throughout the hotel. The internet was fast and included. This hotel is perfect for Business travels as well as vacation. "

"Not a fancy hotel, but well very designed, good food, and good staff. Adequate gym (small and crowded in mornings) and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient with a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A good alternative to more expensive hotels downtown."
