The room we were initially given smelled terrible and had a sticky floor. They were able to give us another room, though the television remote was taped together (and also did not work,) a lamp was broken, and the bed-springs were very, very loud when you moved at all in the bed. The staff working the desk were nice and helpful!

Terrible terrible experience....bathroom wasnt cleaned and the comforters on the bed had big dirt spots on them. The house keeper is VERY rude and for some reason wouldnt clean my room. I was there 3 days and my room didnt get cleaned 1 time we asked for towels n rags she gave us 1. I will never stay here again.

Absolutely worst. And they refuse to give a refund
Kids running through hallways yelling late at night. A cleaning man came in my friend’s room while half dressed at 10:30am. Wasn’t checkout time. Then stood there, looking at her and not leaving the room until she yelled at him they offered no refund. The police should’ve been called for sexual harassment. Our worst stay ever anywhere. Please be aware that there’s a male worker going into females rooms Without permission.

They are in the middle of a remodel and furniture is lying all over the property. The hallways were not very clean and neither were the actual rooms. The beds were a metal platform bed and made tons of noise every time someone moved in the room or on the bed.

Bed was noisy. Just moving slightly made loud metallic noises, like something in the frame was loose. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times after each use. Nowhereto hang robe in the bathroom.

Even though Expedia hadn't sent our reservation to the property they were quick to accommodate us and get us a room. The location was perfect for us and the room was great.

Great overnight stay! No issues to report.
Great check in. Great room. NO issues at all. The view from the window was looking at the other side of the building , but for an overnight stay it was no problem. The bottom of the jacuzzi/shower unit was a rough painted over surface which was odd. Safe, busy area. Close to stores, mall, and restaurants. Nice, clean, comfortable lodging with a great price and breakfast included. I would recommend.

Disappointed.
They are currently remodeling the rooms and although it looks nice-they have removed the carpeting and put down hardwood floors. This means that they've also removed the noise muffling that carpet provides. Now you hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you. They move furniture you hear it, they talk you hear it, they roll their suitcase across the floor at 1:00am -you hear it. There are parts that they are still working on so not sure what it's going to look like in the end and the bathtub was not clean. There was no cups or coffee pot in the room. The pillows are very sad.

They are remodeling the property and say they are done but they are not. The tubs are poorly patched and it look filthy. I would not use the tubs. There was no extra toilet paper in the rooms. They only have 3 small pillows for a king size bed and they had no extra pillows. We purchased more. There was only 1 thin blanket on the bed with no extra blankets in the room. The price was cheap but it wasn't cheap enough for the quality of the property. I would recommend staying someplace else. We will never use a Super 8 or Baymont property again.

Conditions were terrible. The ceiling was caving in, there was a dirty wash rag in the bathtub, burnt holes in the comforter, someone outside playing load music very late at night.

The room I received was not the one I had reserved. When I noted this to the manager, I was told the room I had reserved was already occupied. There was no similar room, so we had to make do with what was available. The king bed was of poor quality and squeked and groaned with every small movement. The pillows were poor quality. We had finally gotten to sleep about 10:15 PM when a fire alarm went off at 11:10 PM. The fire alarm turned out to be a false alarm. It was difficult to go back to sleep after the fire alarm. During the exiting of the building, another occupant told us that this was not the first time a fire alarm went off during her stay. My advice is to go elsewhere if you want a food night's sleep.

On my second night, i noticed small black ants on the floor. As it was my last night there, i decided to ignore them rather than ask for another room. And, I didn't want to pack all my stuff for just one night. I did not have any food in the room so, i can only attribute the ants to poor cleaning practices.
