The young man behind the desk was excellent for service. The room was to be non smoking, there was a lighter under the bed,cigarette burns on the filthy bedspread, dirty carpets, dirty fridge, dirty sheets and pillows hair all over the beds and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. In all 3 rooms I rented. The price was great but now we know why. The whole building stinks of smoke.

I want a refund, I took so many pictures of our room it’s ridiculous. I called the front desk to complain about the constant noise upstairs and the guy got so mad he stomped extra hard all night long when he walked around. I didn’t get any sleep…..

Absolutely Filthy
I've stayed in plenty of cheap hotels but this one takes the cake for worst room. The staff was nice enough, and the hotel appears fine from the outside. Aside from that, the room was just nasty. Upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was smacked with one the most foul odors I've every encountered, a mysterious combination of rotting fish, burnt hair, and musty funk. My room had brown splatters on the wall, a trail of blood stains between the bed and bathroom, and everything in the kitchen was grimey and sticky (room 312 if anyone want to clean it). The beds had vinyl mattress covers but still smelled like urine. Other issue beyond the hotel's control include loud arguments between guests and screaming children going late into the night. I didn't bother complaining to staff, I just checked out the next day.

This place was gross.
Dirty!!!! So dirty. The hallways smelled of dog poop. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was worse in our room than in the hallways. Me reserved and paid for a double bed room and only got a queen bed. I had to sleep on the couch. Tge hida bed had no sheets and bugs. There was half eatten food in tge fridge. This place was gross.

Simple apologies go a long way
Room smelled like urine and wet dog...i get the pet friendly...but when brought to the attention of staff a simple apology would have went a long way...fire alarm went off in the middle of the night...no explanation was provided other than "it's not a real fire" there was a dark stain on the matress visible from the mattress cover...was just shooed away and told it was an old coffee or pop stain..

Musty odor in tiny lobby. Large stain in carpet of room. Elevator was not working and was told it would be down our whole stay (week) and the room we were assigned was on the third floor. Although the young man at the front desk was willing to help unload our things, I couldn’t image him being available the entire time. I was out of breath just to preview the room (which was unacceptable) and would not want to do steps several times a day on hot days we were having at the time. Hotel was farther out than I thought. In my opinion, the whole place needs major, major renovation inside! We left immediately!!! Thankfully, Orbitz helped us find a much better place to stay-whew!!!!!

Just don't unless you have no other choice.
Craphole. We were advised upon arriving that the lights in the bathroom did not work and there were no other rooms. We were only staying the night and had no other choice. We had our dog with us. Reserved a queen bed, got double beds. No light bulbs in any of the lamps. The room is in desperate need of repair. There was moldy food in the cupboards. The hotel rep was nice and pleasant.

Too bad— the layout was good— but…
I really liked the size of the room, and that it was like a small apartment.. nice fridge, working— though not clean stove— microwave worked well and was clean— and even had a dishwasher though we didn’t use it. Bed was ok- not the best, not the worst— bedding was very sparse— thin and utilitarian rather than comfy. The room was sorta clean overall, though upon closer look— the surfaces of everything was kinda scumy— some were dirty to the point we went out and bought our own cleaning supplies to clean it to feel like we could actually touch anything. There was an extreme dampness, even visible on the kitchen floor, and you could feel it on the carpet. And a musty smell we could smell when we would come back after being out. The worst was the bathroom towels— there was hairs, and like freshly clipped like small hairs on the lavatory and all over the towels at the lavatory.. and a long curly hair under the soap bar on top of the “clean towels” on the side of the tub… a shriveled up contact on the floor in the bathroom, and dirty socks and a three year old receipt under the bed… many marks on the walls and damage— we took pictures and video before and after to cover us in case they tried to say we caused it. The people at check in and out were nice— though twice I went to the lobby to exchange all the linens for hopefully cleaner ones— no one was there. We bought our own in town. The layout was really good for what we needed.. the price was ok for what we got, I guess.

Witness staff being rude to another guest, even though it didn’t impact me. Stayed on second floor but had to take the single elevator up. First floor had a REALLY BAD odor. Second floor didn’t snell bad but there was a smell in the room, floors were stained, bathroom fan did not work plus the vent was opened and hanging like someone tampered with it. Room was equipped with an iron and board, no hair dryer. There was no blanket in the room, only a flat sheet and a throw. Bathroom walls, floor was dirty and stained.

Neither exterior door latches . The floors were filthy . There is an odd smell in the hallway. The entire place needs renovated . The wifi was slow and I had to keep logging back in. The front desk staff was very nice but I would never stay here again for 90.00 a night .. no way .
